Very close to the airport and decent airport shuttle. But that was it. The room had a musty odor and there were ants crawling around the window. Biggest issue we had: I was getting ready to take a shower and noticed the bathtub was never cleaned before our arrival. It was so disgusting. Our room was right next to the highway and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. There is very large gap at the bottom of the room door so unfortunately you hear everyone walking in the hallway. I did not get a good night's sleep. I notified the front desk upon checkout the next morning about the bathroom. I would never stay at this hotel again even if I got a free night. On another review site, the hotel responded in a tone deaf response: "We hope you give us the opportunity to serve you again" which really upset me. …
Our purpose for visiting Oahu was to see Pearl Harbor, so convenience at a fair price was the priority for our stay. The free hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport after we called on a courtesy phone across from the baggage claim area, and we were at the hotel within five minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and basic, with a comfortable bed. Several restaurants are within a five-minute walk; breakfast at the IHOP and dinners at two others were good. We caught a bus to Pearl Harbor at a bus stop within an easy five-minute walk from the hotel ($3 one way, exact change needed, no credit cards) and took the bus back to the hotel at the end of the day, then enjoyed a nice happy hour at the hotel. A side note . . . We tried to make a reservation for boat tickets to the Arizona Memorial because we forgot to do that a month ahead. Reservations for some additional tickets open online at 3:00 the day before. We fumbled our password and by 3:06 the additional reservations were sold out. You can go to the “stand-by” line on the day of the visit. We were there early and only waited five minutes before being told we’d be able to get on the next boat. This may not work at other times but it is an option.…
Beautiful friendly staff. From pick up at the airport, through check in & check out and then shuttle back to the airport I could not fault anyone - amazing!! Comfortable clean rooms & so close to the airport! Highly recommend this hotel!
One side of the hotel is next to the noisy freeway and the other is next to some construction where vehicles are reversing from 5.30am to 10pm. Shuttle to the airport is only on the hour and if you don’t get there early you will not get on. Take an Uber instead for $10. We tried to use the Cast app on the TV to play a movie from a laptop and a phone but neither seemed to work. On the plus side the hotel is clean with spacious rooms and the staff are friendly but there are no real places to eat nearby so it is a pretty grim location.
The hotel is clean and safe, the staff was helpful, and it was close to the airport. Why a 3 rating? I'm not normally real picky but the lack of food options was striking. The evening lounge has a very limited menu and hours and there is not anything open for breakfast. They didn't even have coffee in the lobby in the morning for a quick grab before boarding a flight. And they're located in a very awkward place for gps coverage. Google Maps really struggled to find the place and there are zero signs.
Terrible hotel. Lizard in the window, unclean bathroom, dated. The only upside is the staff was nice and it is close to the airport, but I would not recommend it. Too yucky to sleep in!!! I can’t believe the TripAdvisor reviews were as high as they were. Don’t stay here!!
the worst experience ever in hawaii, the two women at the reception are so so so unprofessional, mean and unkind… so many mistakes and made them ours. the shuttle driver and the security guy were nice though.
It's clean, close to the airport and not too far off a walk to some food places. If you need a place near HNL for one night, this is good. I can't really see any other reason to stay here when there are so many other options on the island It's only a few minute drive, but the shuttle only runs at certain times, so don't count on uber-quick shuttle service to/from airport
This hotel is reasonably priced and very close to the airport, saving the 20-30 minute trip into Waikiki if you're just passing through. Beds were comfortable, the front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and the whole place was clean and seemed safe.
The location was great for us as we flew to Honolulu one day and wanted to fly to Big Island the next morning. The hotel offers a free shuttle. The rooms are a bit dated but adequate. Great for a short stay close to the airport.
