Absolutely perfect for our weeklong stay with two toddlers. The room was comfortable, the view was lovely. The kitchen was an absolute plus to our stay, making it much easier to accommodate our young kids during down time in the hotel. They had plenty of room to play/hang out comfortably without being on top of our stuff in the comfortable bedroom/king size bed. Parking was convenient, and the walkability to important kid stuff (ABC Store, Waikiki Wall, Honolulu Zoo, good food trucks). Absolutely would recommend and stay here again in the future with our young family.

I booked a weekend stay at Aston Waikiki Sunset to celebrate my son's high school graduation. I am really glad that I went with this hotel because I was extremely satisfied. My family and I had a great and positive experience so much that we will be booking again next month! Kamaaina's, don't miss the deals they offer! Pros: friendly and courteous front desk receptionists, texting option to check out and to receive information during stay, the pool was clean and depth was perfect for little ones, short walk to beach and stores, rooms were spacious and tidy, beds were very comfortable, kitchenette had everything we needed and saved a lot of money by cooking meals, THE PRICE Cons: pool/beach towels were not available, $25 parking fee daily

Husband traveled do his daughters graduation, spent 2 nights at this hotel to come back home devoured by bedbugs and had to spend a few days at the hospital thanks to an allergic reaction to the bedbugs bites

Loved the room and bed! Kitchenette was a plus with all amenities. Shower head and pressure were awesome. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our son loved the pool! Everything from the hotel location to cleanliness of the room to the fast elevators. And a surprising sparkling wine and chocolates to welcome our family deserve 5 stars. We're beyond grateful to have reserved a room here and will look forward to coming back again in the near future! Mahalo!

We were on a family trip and stayed on property for 8 days. Although the hotel is a bit dated, our room was clean and worked out great for our stay. The bed and pullout sofa bed were comfortable, but the bed was a little too high for myself and the shorter members of our family. The hotel forgot to provide additional blankets, but a quick call to the front desk help resolved the issue. I just had to go get it since they were a bit short-handed. There was ample parking, a mini-mart was available on the 5th floor and the pool area was very nice. It was also convenient that the hotel has a laundry room on every floor. The kitchen was stocked with the basics, such as dishes, silverware, a couple of pots, as well as a coffeemaker, toaster and even a rice cooker! Overall, a good value for our stay.…

Cleaned rooms, spacious and inclusive of all things you need for the kitchen area. They even provided liquid soap and sponge. Internet speed was also good. We rented the room with mountain view and it was amazing to wake up every morning with a nice view, lights were also beautiful at night.

Having a studio right by the beach was awesome and if you game it all the go city pass stuff and buying food at Costco you should be able to save a bunch of money! Warning stay on top of staff to ensure you get your supplies and also parking is 25 big ones a day!

Can't think of anything they could have done better. The have beach towels from 8am to 3pm so grab em early of you plan to hit the beach early. Try to get a room as high as you can so you can enjoy all the AMAZING views this place has to offer.

Worked for our needs, but don't think I will be back. The whole complex is a bit dated. Enjoyed the amenities, but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and while it fits 4 comfortably, it is not made for 6 adults. Sofa bed was not made for sleeping and very worn down.
