We had an ugly and noisy view from our room on the 2nd floor. We would have appreciated a nicer view on a higher floor, such as a view of the beach instead of the being over the garbage bins and facing the parking floors of the adjoining building..
This hotel is centrally located, directly across from Kuhio Beach. It is not fancy but clean and convenient to restaurants , shopping and of course the beach! Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no lobby , but there is a restaurant on the ground floor that serves breakfast Until 1 pm. We stayed in an oceanfront room with a balcony where we could eat breakfast and watch the surfers out in the water. The hotel was a good value for a prime location without the chaos of a large hotel.
Very happy stay, everything and everyone were great. Will definitely stay again, located right above Egg’n Things, Waikiki beach is right across the street, great ocean view, beautiful sunset, friendly staff
Great room, comfy bed, fabulous views from the room. We enjoyed breakfast on our balcony each morning and drinks in the evening. I can highly recommend this hotel! Be sure to get a room with an ocean view because...Waikiki Beach!
Had a week in an ocean view deluxe room. Great location. Magnificent views. Helpful staff. Across the road from a beautiful swimming beach. Coffee and a swim each morning to start our day. Totally chilled out despite a very busy location. we did not want to leave but will be back.
It is a more budget option which is fine if you know what to expect. Our ocean front room, (1305,) had absolutely spectacular beach and sunset views. Room was tight for our family group of three adults. Better suited for two. Bathroom is extremely small, shower pressure barely there. A plus was that there was absolutely no room noise apart from some occasional late night hooning from the street below. The room was pleasant and balcony very nice. Coffee maker in room can be used for tea, albeit much more tedious than an electric jug but I realise this is an American thing. BYO teabags. We also bought coffee bags. No crockery or cutlery provided, just paper cups and stirring sticks. This was an unpleasant surprise. Reception is a kiosk outside but they were helpful and pleasant. Rooms were serviced daily and that included a change of sheets as well as the normal stuff. It is directly in front of the beach so could not be better located. All in all a very good choice if you’re not looking for a luxury hotel experience.…
Location is everything. This hotel is directly across from Waikiki Beach and on the main shopping/restaurant street. You can literally walk to 50 stores and 50 restaurants within a four block radius. The room is small, but very clean and super friendly staff. We stayed with two adults, two teens. You only eat and sleep here so who cares about the size! Cleaning staff are so friendly and quick, front desk staff are very helpful. There really isn’t a lobby, but for late check out they hold your luggage and offer you use of the bathrooms. We did not rent a car, you can walk or Uber to anywhere. Beach towel service is a breeze, no issues getting fresh beach towels every day. For a reasonable priced, no frills hotel, this is the place. You simply cannot beat the Aston Circle. We would 100% stay here again. …
Lovely hotel situated opposite beach and in amongst busy waikiki. Room was lovely and comfortable. And staff were very accommodating. Room was extremely noisy seeing as it is on a busy road but I didn't mind it all but some people might not like it. This is not a criticism but just me being informative.
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is clean, the staff is very friendly. We stayed in an ocean view room and it was an amazing view. The room is a decent size, shower is small, pillows could be changed out as they are a bit flat - but the location is wonderful - across from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.
We had a great stay .. not luxurious by any means but served our trip great :) the two beds were plenty for two gals.. the room felt a bit tight but we basically only slept there. Found our room clean and restocked everyday, had a nice ocean view from across the street, and staff were friendly :) only major complaint is resort fees with zero amenities lol and parking was $48 a night which we opted out of. Great location though, would definitely recommend
