I'm a travel agent, I booked this property based on the pictures. This property is run down and dirty. The bathroom and sink were dirty and looked like mold, needs to be deep cleaned. The room is so small there's no room to walk out the balcony door. My bag of brand-new swimsuits was stolen from my room. I reported it to the front desk and nothing was done about it. Been here for 7 days. On our 2nd day, we went on this sites and bites tour that was sold to us at the hotel. Don't waste your money the tour was horrible, not what someone would expect on a site's and bite tour, and way too long. Food was horrible.

Hotel's Favourite
The room is a simple hotel room. With a stove and a mini fridge. The room on the 14th floor facing the ocean was an awesome view. The staff was wonderful. Katie our room cleaning staff was awesome!!! So very nice. She even left us a nice note to enjoy our stay. We stayed here in a package deal. We didn’t have a car so I didn’t need parking. But the bus stop is right near by. That was the easiest and cheapest way to get around. Again thank you Katie for a friendly smiling face.

We stayed here as part of an Air Canada package. The best way to describe this place is old and run down. The room we had was too small for the twin beds that were crammed into it. The “kitchenette” was a stove and small fridge with no cooking pots or pans. Housekeeping was hit and miss during our stay. The shower dripped all the time and if the shower curtain wasn’t closed water would splash on to the floor.

Avoid this place. Poor maintenance, cleanliness and area around parking lot is strewn with litter, etc. Checkin person acted like he was doing us a favor. He was very unhelpful. We also didn’t feel very safe walking to our room from the car.

Great location two blocks from Waikiki Beach. Staff are friendly, it’s great value and the place is generally very clean. But they really need to spend some money to get it back to a reasonable standard. Even at this price, things need to work: - sink plug didn’t drain - shower water just warm, not hot - lanai door and louvre window didn’t close and rattled all night (I wedged a pillow in it so I could get some sleep) - old stains, peeling paint etc throughout - mattress saggy and old - most rooms really small (we asked to be moved to a larger room which they did at no extra cost)

The woman at the front desk was not friendly and rude. (Other staff though were fine) We were absolutely appalled at the condition of our room. I took several photos as we couldn’t believe it. We never took our shoes off while walking around the room as the carpet had so many stains. The room smelled very musty. The bathroom was dirty. It’s too bad I can’t post photos here. We do not recommend this place at all. The only good thing about it was the location as you can walk to everything. It was way overpriced. This hotel needs a complete overhaul.

Very nice hotel for the price. Convenient location, nice parking structure, most staff were quite friendly. Generally clean and felt safe, although it did seem a bit chaotic most mornings in the lobby.

TV screen broken when I arrived as was the phone which I discovered when trying to contact front desk. Staff was sent up to take a picture of the TV but did not replace. Great location but overall experience not great. Just happy that I only spent one night.

Decent price. Rooms are not as advertised online. Extremely small and crowded. Old bathrooms. Suite strongly recommended for 2+ people. They are the only rooms big enough to move in and unpack. Staff is hit or miss. We were denied snack packs even though they were part of package. parking is tiny and difficult for large vehicles. Plus staff parks their cars in the van/suv lot.

We enjoyed our extended stay here. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. One of the housekeepers, Lilian, was sweet, fun to talk with, and got everything we needed to keep our space clean. We had a mini fridge and small oven in our room to cook with as well as a keurig coffee machine.
