The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was quite dirty and unkept. We found a bottle of KY under the bed from a previous visitor. Really made us uncomfortable. Not worth the cost at all. I greatly enjoyed my overnight stay here before heading to Southeast Asia. Lovely staff, so helpful and friendly. Big Kahuna Pizza is a 7 min walk away. 😀 Overall a perfect choice if you don't have time to go into Waikiki.

It’s hard to review this place because overall it’s not really a bad property - nice enough rooms, bed, breakfast, etc. But for being in Honolulu, it really is probably one of the worst choices for where to stay. There must be several hundred properties on the island that are in much better locations and this one was so bad that my Uber driver warned me not to venture out at night because it’s a dangerous area. At that point I wondered why I didn’t just get something in Waikiki instead because it’s not like this place was cheap or anything. In fact it cost as much or probably more than some of the lower end places I could’ve gotten near the beach. That said, I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone unless you’re just staying one night waiting for a flight.

We chose to stay here because they offer free breakfast and affordable rooms. Best western in my experience has always had clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is not great but it is still close to Wikki and Ala Moana beach. There was a swimming pool available for the kids. We chose to keep our money for activities and fun things instead of a view.

We had to stay overnight to get a flight out in the morning. The hotel was clean and comfortable and was much better than we expected for an airport hotel. We will definitely stay there again, And not just because we had to stay over due to the flights.

Loved the hotel as it was off the Waikiki grid. Staff was very professional, and the grounds were well maintained. Breakfast consisted of waffles 1 hot entree that changed daily, which was fine, but it would have been better if sausage and/or bacon was offered to go with it I would definitely stay again.

Pick up from airport was timely and courteous. Check in quick and friendly. Room clean and good beds. Towels a bit thin and worn. Good included breakfast. Many food places in walking distance from hotel.

Good Breakfast, Great Room and Soft King Beds. Helpful staff. The spirit of Aloha is here 🌺🤙🏻❤️☮️ You could stay in Waikiki, but honestly this hotel by the Airport is worth your time. A little more pricey than others, but WORTH IT.

5 stars out of 5! The customer service was very nice and understanding and was exemplary with their customers service! Laura at the front desk was extremely helpful and sensational! Laura’s customer service went above and beyond and helped me when I was in a tight spot. After a rough night and difficult experiences traveling, I missed my return flight back home to Maui and I was stranded for the evening and then rebooked on a stand by status first thing in the morning. I tried many hotels and resorts in Honolulu and Waikiki areas and they either were not available and or not helpful at all. Laura was able to get accommodations for the few hours I had remaining from midnight to early morning check out, to get some much needed rest and recovery. She also informed me about their complimentary breakfast at 7am before my stand by flight at 830am Laura was exceptional and understanding and was great at her customer service to help me when I was burnt out. I will always remember Laura at the front desk at the Best Western Plaza next to the HNL airport and I also recommend Best Western if anyone is looking for a place to stop by and get some rest in between their travels. I would never write a review but this hotel went far above and beyond for us. They were quick and efficient with excellent service. Rooms were nice spacious with many accommodations. The shuttle service was excellent and even came back to the airport when we had left a phone behind and saved us so much trouble. 10/10 would recommend and book again.
