Hotels here are very expensive so this was a good option Great place to stay. Very central. Clean room Breakfast options very ordinary however lots of cafes etc to choose from nearby. Staff very helpful

This was our first trip to Honolulu in several years. The staff were friendly and efficient and our stay was most enjoyable. So close to the beach! Rates were reasonable. We'd gladly book this hotel again should the need arise.

I did extensive research before booking here and I made the right choice. Yes, the rooms were outdated but they were super clean and beds were comfortable. It was a spacious room that is perfectly located near all the hustle and bustle in Waikiki. Close to food, beach, shops literally steps away from the hotel. I was also surprised with the continental breakfast. Overall it was better than expected but the breakfast room and waffle makers are chaos. Not a deal breaker for me though just maybe the hotel should move waffle makers to a different spot in the room so the line was not in front of all the other food items. The free beach towels was a huge plus and all staff were friendly. The bellman also let me store my luggage for free when my flight got delayed after checkout when there is usually a fee. Overall great value if you are in a budget. I would definitely stay here again.…

As a military member, I should have booked my stay to take advantage of their free parking option through TLA. I booked directly through their website which is coded differently and does not qualify for free parking. At a rate of $56 dollars per night I was hit with a fairly hefty parking bill since we were staying for 8 nights to visit our daughter who is stationed on Oahu in the Navy. Brenden and Dee who were working the front desk did not hesitate to correct my wrong. They were amazing and comped my parking when they didn't have to...thanks a million Brenden and Dee!! Now we have a little more walking around money to enjoy the island and treat our sailor to a great time!! Mahalo!!

Best location around. Close to busses, beach and restaurants. Service was excellent. Rooms dated but comfortable. Pool was a nice place to relax and cool off. Will stay here again. Continental breakfast included.

Tried to get more money to get a better room. Kept haggling the price. Told us we had a better room and it was just a standard. No better. The maid service was good. It was a block from the beach near all shopping. Good location

Our favorite part of our visit from Canada is staying with our Ohana families ❤️ in Hawaii!!! This has been our home away from home for many years and would highly recommend it!!!! Upon arrival we are greeted with the biggest smiles of Aloha by the friendly and helpful staff!!! Branden checked us in and is extremely efficient at what he does!!! Very smooth check in like always!!! Starting in Reservations with Sherrie to all the Front desk staff, Branden, Coco, Dave, Dee, Connor, Farrah and all the others, as well as Leo, Trent, Rusty and staff at the Bell desk we are so grateful for you!! Your expertise doesn’t go unnoticed!!! You all make our stay an amazing experience and very passionate about your jobs!! Everyone of you go above and beyond and make our stay very special!!!!! The housekeeping staff work very hard and the hotel is always so clean!!!! Thankyou especially to Aimee on floor 15 and Marcella on floor 14 for your expertise!!! Your amazing at what you do and always Happy with huge smiles even though I know some rooms are rough!!!!! Yikes!! Such hard-work !!We sure appreciate what you do for us!!! The laundry department is always pleasant and gives us our towels with huge aloha!!!!! This year we had free breakfast on the second floor….. hats off especially to Park and Moon …wow… they we amazing work so so hard and have to deal with big messes and difficult customers!!! They handled it amazingly and still always smiled!!! Erna and other staff were so friendly and efficient in the Iilima Restaurant on first floor as well!! Great prices for breakfast!!
