Best customers service--Beautiful lounge--Good breakfas--Very convenient location I came here with my daughter. There were many worries for the first time to travel without my husband, but the staff was so supporting and welcoming. They gave me good advice and maps of where to go. Not only that, we were also provided with amenities like umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels. We love the lounge with nice colorful decor and huge space, which gives a good vibe. We also like a little cute corner library even there are just a few books. My daughter and I like so spend time at the lounge to play chess and scrabbles whenever we want to rest and relax. Staying at your hotel makes our trip more pleasant and enjoyable. So, thank you!!!

Vive Hotel Waikiki exceeded my expectations. I solely based my booking on price and after reading a few reviews online. We booked an entire week and were a bit nervous that it wouldn’t be all that great. We were wrong! We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was. Starting with the complementary cold pineapple juice given to us at arrival. The check in process with quick and easy. They even asked us if we were celebrating a special occasion. We happen to be celebrating a late honeymoon and to our surprise we found a nice gift hanging from our room door the following day! I thought that was a nice touch on behalf of the hotel and staff. The hotel was really clean and nicely furnished. We booked a queen bed room which was perfect for 2 people. I really liked the retractable clothes hanger in the shower for you to hang wet clothes. I thought it was a clever idea. The bed was nice and comfortable. The lobby serves breakfast which was something that we were looking for in a hotel to save money on at least one meal a day. There are also a variety of board games and books in the lobby in case you have a rainy day. Another great amenity this hotel offers are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, body boards, beach towels and more for FREE if you book directly through their website. That’s a big saving compared to renting all that stuff each day and since the hotel is only a 3 minute walk to the beach it’s perfect! Now on to the staff! The staff is what really makes this place great! They are so friendly and made us feel right at home. From the front desk staff, Anderson, Bryson and another young man whose name I don’t remember to the valet staff, Arnel, Richard and Franklin, you guys were awesome! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the staff! Thank you you guys. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again and will recommend this boutique hotel to all of our friends who plan to visit Waikiki. Keep up the great work!…

I had a great experience with my family. We stayed for about a week. The staff was friendly & respectful. We were able to check in early which was much appreciated since we have a baby. We used their pack and play and high chairs. My baby had a great time and took very good naps. The beach umbrellas/chairs made the beach trips comfortable. Overall great place to stay!

We had an amazing stay at Vive Hotel. Excellent location, very competitively priced (booked almost a year ahead) and great facilities. Staff always helpful and professional. The hotel is ideally located for Waikiki beach, you can use the free beach gear (umbrellas, chairs) and it has good restaurants nearby. Bus stop just outside the hotel with direct links to the airport and Pearl Harbour. Good breakfast and free tea and coffee all day round. We really liked the idea of the water stations and the refillable bottles! Saved us a lot of money not buying bottled water from the shops.

Great hotel. Location is great, only a few blocks from Waikiki Beach. Staff are great. When we checked in with Princess, she asked if we had a special occasion. We mentioned it was our 30th wedding anniversary. Didn't think much about the exchange, that it was just pleasantries. The next morning, after housekeeping had been, our room had towels made out of swans and a box of chocolates, with a note from the management wishing us an happy anniversary. A little thoughtfulness we were not expecting. We had a rental and the valets were great. Arnel was always helpful and friendly. On his days off, Richard was also very friendly. There a lot of places to eat really close to the hotel. The breakfast buffet in the morning at the hotel was great. Lots of fresh fruit. The rooms are small, but we are in Hawaii, who stays in the room.…

I was kind of worried when I booked this hotel but let me tell you it surpassed all my expectations. We were early for check in so they held our bags so we could go get lunch. We got called not 20 mins later that they had a room ready for us. The room was small but clean and nice. It was just enough room for the two of us. Breakfast was good nothing to extraordinary. The location of the hotel is ideal. Literally two short blocks from the beach and we didn't need to leave the area as everything was within walking distance. Staff was very friendly especially Cory who checked us in. Housekeeping changed out our towels and bedding daily and vacuumed up the sand (SORRY) The hotel had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, umbrella, towels, matt and boogie boards) This helped as we didn't have to buy these things. The price of the hotel was the best....very much affordable and cheaper than most the hotels in this area. We will definitely stay here again. …

My daughter 15 yrs old and I went as a Mother/ Daughter trip it was Fantastic!!! Love the hotel and location it was perfect! Hotel Service was excellent and food good too! You could use umbrella's, boogie boards, chairs that was very much appreciated.. We would definitely go back. Oahu, Hawaii was beautiful and perfect for us!!!

Great location, only 2 blocks from Waikiki beach. Front desk personnel was welcoming and very thorough. Valet was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and as expected from the pictures. Bed was soft and very comfortable. Would likely stay here again. Great experience.

The included breakfast (with lots of options), coffee, and beach gear simplified our days. The central Waikiki location gave us easy access to restaurants, beach spots, and activities, and the bus stop right outside was convenient for our multiple trips around the city. The staff were so friendly, and everything was very clean. The bed was comfy and the AC worked. Next time I'll bring earplugs as the street noise is quite loud. Thank you!!

We ABSOLUTELY loved Vive Waikiki! From the immediate welcome at valet, to the front desk staff, everyone at Vibe truly treats you like family and wants you to have a good time! It’s a short 3 minute walk to the beach and within distance of several coffee and food options! Don’t sleep on the continental breakfast if needing a quick grab and go!
