My family and I highly recommend this hotel. We took our infant on his first trip. We have no regrets booking here. The front desk and housekeeping staff were phenomenal. Angelica and Kristina were very welcoming at the front desk. Vicky in housekeeping made sure our room was immaculate after a long day at the beach. I loved the location of the hotel. It is right in the heart of Waikiki. We were able to get our supplies, shop and enjoy the beach within walking distance. The prices for the rooms were of great value especially for a young family. I found the hotel luxurious, fresh and inviting. I absolutely loved getting breakfast at the aroma Cafe. We didn't try the pool but I loved the design. I would stay here again!

Couldn't have found a more convenient hotel to stay in Waikiki. Located in the heart of Waikiki just across the street from the beach and next to International Marketplace. It was almost a perfect stay. The front desk and housekeeping staff were spot on. But it was our experience with the bell desk that was both the highlight and disappointment of our trip. Dave found out that we used to live in Hawaii. He chatted with my husband about golf places and beaches to go to. We talked about old restaurants and some new eateries. He gave us tips and followed up on requests. It was like having a big brother looking out for us. The rest of the staff along with Jonathan was very helpful also. But Kyle was almost the complete opposite. He wasn't very helpful and seemed to let everyone else do the work. He wasn't rude but just gave off this negative vibe. I thought it was just me, but my husband and friend told me the same thing. Overall, I loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again. …

We are a family of 2A and 2C (15 and 12). Booked a deluxe ocean view (2 dbl beds). View was amazing, room was clean (and this is very important to me), bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, straight across the road from the beach and right in the centre of Waikiki. So many eating options close by. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Pool is a good size and we used it daily. If you use the concierge to book tours, be sure to ask exactly what is included (i.e., is lunch paid for), what does the Pearl Harbour tour actually include, are their more costs on top once there, etc. Apart from that minor comment I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Kristina at the front desk was absolutely incredible! Best hotel experience I've had and Kristina was the one who made that possible. We had some noisy neighbors and she took care of us straight away with amazing customer service and moved us not only to a new room, but one with a better room.

Hotel is conveniently located to shops, food and Waikiki beach. On-site cafe was great for breakfast and lunch but the food at Maui Brewing Co was a big disappointment. Pool is small however towels for the beach were plenty. Waikiki beach is a short 5 minute walk away. Staff was very friendly and housekeeping was excellent! Our room was very clean. One thing was not so pleasant was the noise outside. Since the hotel is on the very busy Kalakaua Ave, you hear all of the noise, traffic and people on the street until the bars close. Including rogue street musicians who play for tips until 2am. Kept us up most nights. Also, be aware that a resort fee (extra from the nightly room rate) is added to your bill on check-in. Our 9-night stay resulted in an extra $450 in resort fees.…

A great hotel located in central Waikiki close to all that you’ll need. As written by others. Clean, modern, large lobby connected to a great coffee shop next to the pool. ( coffee is as good as Kona without the long que!) Room, bathroom clean and the bed is very comfortable. The cleaning staff are amazing. Pool area gets sun after 11 am so it’s quiet until then. We went to beach in am, a few minutes walk through surfer alley. I love that pool towels are self serve, honour system! The staff here shine! and that’s what makes this a top rated hotel. A special thanks to manager Angelica! I broke my ankle 2nd last day (not at hotel) & Angelica extended my check out with a smile so that I can be comfortable. After staying 1 night in the absolute worse hotel I’ve ever been in… we found Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber, Yoshi was amazing at checking us in and was empathetic to my situation he made sure we had an amazing room with an amazing view.. I highly recommend this hotel… thank you Yoshi!!

The staff members at the hotel were so kind. My son lost his wallet, and the staff helped us look for it and even went to his room while he was out on a tour to see if it was there. We would like to thank Mildred, Slorencia, and Clarita for helping us find look for the wallet, calling us several times, and being so kind to us! The staff here really show the Aloha spirit! Dave from the ground level entrance was soooo nice and helpful. Michael checked is in and was super nice and made sure we got the best room! Housekeeping were so friendly too. Valet parking were courteous and fast at grabbing our car. Kristina checked us out and was super kind. What a great working culture this property has created. We stayed six nights in a double room with Ocean View in May 2023. Michael initially had us on level 14, but moved us up the top (level 25) and we had beautiful views looking across to Diamond Head & the beach. The hotel is in the center of Waikiki and is a perfect location to walk to many dining options and go shopping. Because of this, it is very noisy & at nights we heard music from the street. Though to be honest, it doesn’t go too late into the night so didn’t keep us up. It wasn’t a huge deal. We just came from a quieter part of Oahu (Ko Olina) so we really noticed the noise :) Waikiki was really fun & vibrant with lots going on. There are quite a few people going through homelessness, which was sad to see. And we saw a few sketchy people who looked like they were on drugs and they gave my 9yo a bit of a fright. There’s no in room dining, which I missed as after a busy day I wanted to just order room service. …
