I enjoyed a great room, with excellent service and an awesome view. Plus with the fully equipped kitchen, I was all set with everything I needed for my brief stay! Also the area was nearby walking distance to a Safeway and 7-11 was right next to it too!
Great location well outside of waikiki. Everything was very clean everywhere you went in the hotel. The employees are super nice and friendly. Lots of Aloha here at this hotel. Security here was awesome. No problems with homeless whatsoever, infact we barely saw any. We walked to the church jus in the next block over. No problems regarding this trip.
This hotel is not necessarily the best for tourists, but it is very near the Iolani Palace. It is is also a good location for catching buses around the Island. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are nice with full kitchens. Great for business people doing business in downtown Honolulu. No resort fee is a plus.
The customer service is excellent. This property offered everything to make my trip easy. Din’s customer service was exceptional and I highly recommend the amenities. The location was ideal too. Everything I needed was in walking distance.
Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had arrived at 9 am in the morning after disembarking the Pride of America. The staff was eager to make things easy for us by putting our luggage in storage while we waited for our room to be ready. Check out is noon and check in is at 3 pm, Not only did they store our luggage, but the luggage of our friends that were flying out later that evening as well. They even gave our friends a separate claim check, so that they could pick up their luggage while my wife and I were on a tour of the the island. This hotel is a little older, but half the price of other hotels. Suites have plenty of room and were comfortable.
We were not made aware of hotel construction prior to our arrival and also a scheduled power shut off. Hotel staff made what would have been a bad time into a very friendly and inviting experience. Rooms are individually decorated. We had 2 separate rooms with a vast difference in furniture and appliances. I am looking forward what the hotel has in store after the renovations and improvements. Again, hotel staff were exceptional during our stay and really made us feel welcomed regardless of the circumstances. Only critique I have is not being told of the mentioned renovations and scheduled power cut off before our arrival.
Perfect place to stay whilst on a business trip. Room has everything you need, close to amenities and easy to get out onto the main routes in and out of town. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful.
Overall great room and great customer service, the escalators were out and one of the elevators were padded, kinda made you feel like your in an insane asylum, planned power outage, but guest services prepared us for it.
I would pass on this one. It’s very uncomfortable and outdated. Moved to another hotel after one night there. Homeless right outside asking for money aggressively. Was turning off electricity. They scheduled a room inspection for our second day. Gave 8 hour window off when they were coming in. Wasn’t comfortable with that. Expensive for what they offered. Went to Hilton which was incredible.
Impressed with this place. It's clean, very spacious, has all the necessities,no frills with friendly welcoming staff. The only problem was the Jacuzzi was not working (were renovating it). The other thing was that it in the evenings, there were some unsavory characters hanging around, but they didn't present any danger.
