Michael at its Front Desk was terrific! He answered all our questions and provided excellent suggestions . Also,a big shout out to Tim at the pool he made our first day at the hotel memorable. Minor downside being only warm water for a morning shower on day of departure.

Very bad experience here that makes me wish I had stayed loyal to Hyatt. Musty-smelling, dingy casita. Lots of housekeeping mishaps over the course of six days. On our last full day, the water was shut off to an entire block of casitas for hours with no advance notice. Came back

All guest rooms have a mini-fridge, and only the casitas with a king bedroom have a microwave as they have a small kitchen area.

Thank you for your question. The best viewing for the fireworks display is actually outside. We will have a team in place to direct our guests to the best viewing locations. We will look forward to celebrating July 4th Independence Day with you.
