We stayed two nights and we were welcomed with a very friendly receptionist "MIYARGI". Our accomodation is close to cafes, restaurants and the WAIHO HOT TUBS, worth doing! We stayed at Room 10 and we always get a nice view of the glacier. Water pressure is great. Cleanliness 5 stars!

Great location. Very clean and well appointed rooms, many with a good view of the Glacier. Short walk to town and the wonderful Waiho Hot Tubs. Friendly, efficient and knowledgable staff at reception who went out of their way to give you good information. Would certainly stay here again.

Very friendly reception manager, eager to share info about the area. Room was compact, as is the case with every Bella Vista I've stayed at, but it offered everything possble thing needed - except Sky! Wifi was unlimited. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We booked the mountain view room and had great views. The room was a good size and was clean, tidy and well maintained. The shower was really nice to use and the wall heater worked quickly. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to restaurants. The staff were also friendly and showed us some info about the town

Had a one night stay at this hotel. Check-in went well with helpful and friendly staff. The room although compact was clean and the bed comfortable. Handy location away from the main street. Would stay again.

Booked a compact room and got a free upgrade to a bigger queen room which was nice. Went out for a drink and came back to a cold room. The heated towel rail, bedroom heater and half of the electric blanket didn't work. Went to reception to see what could be done but it was closed at only 5.50pm. Still closed when we left at 9.15am the next day. Handy location just needs better on site service.

Hi Jo, Thanks for stopping of with us on the 30th. Thanks for letting Miyargy our morning receptionist, know the electric blanket in your studio was not heating on one side, before your departure. Our rooms have a key tag energy saving feature in them. When you came home from dinner I suspect that your room key did not make it back in the key tag holder next to the light switch. In this room, unit 2, it works the power for the heater and towel rail. I have upgraded the label on the heater to have a larger font making it easier to read. Simply can’t fault this hotel. The location is a stones throw away from restaurants and booking agents. The staff, especially Jim are awesome. The breakfast is amazing, simple but really really good. Did I mention Jim, he’s so helpful. The beds were comfy and the pillows were awesome. We loved this placed. One last shoutout for Jim, he was the real MVP.

Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Loads of heaters made it all very cosy. Location is perfect. Off main road so very quiet but a 2 min walk to shops. Would definitely stay again.
