Sunshine, Ocean and the Fairmont, that’s what our family loves! The staff is always friendly and willing to help with all our needs. The property has all the amenities we need and I can never get past how beautiful the landscape is. It allows me to reset, clear my mind. We love eating at Ko’s restaurant. With two boys it’s hard to please everyone, this place does it for us. When the boys were younger, the pool was our hangout. Now that they are older, we tend to hang out at the beach. I love the beach! I love the Fairmont, Kea Lani in Maui!!

Absolutely five star...our family of 9 stayed in 4 rooms, all ocean view suites, they were huge, clean, beautiful. The staff were all amazing & we simply felt soo pampered, we usedtheir courtesy cars most days to go to the Wailea shops or to dinner which was fantastic & has photos taken by their photographer, soo glad we did. Our room had a king bed plus our 14yr old on the sofa, you could possibly have 4 people split over two double beds & the sofa depending on how you used the configuration, the bathroom is gigantic & the balcony a decent size with dining table & a lounge chair. The pools are plenty big enough & you will never go hungry or thirsty, you are very well taken care of around the pool but the Ama Bar & Grill is great for lunch & the little market place on site has fabulous sandwiches, wraps, salads, fries, coffees, be sure to check it out. The only negative is the cost of everything is a little outrageous. I spoke to a few regulars who said it has gone up 30-40% in the past 4 yrs so be prepared...our dinner at Ko was $180 USD each, a cocktail at the pool $22 USD, it's the 18-20% tipping that gets us Australians, we just can't get used to it & to automatically add it on its just *** We had a beautiful day at the spa, they also added 20% tipping onto the treatments, never ever have I heard of that...…

Great location and property is gorgeous. Rooms are very large and bathroom is very large. Great balcony. Grounds are very pretty. Be aware this hotel is kiddie city, for some reason attracts a large number of families. Your call on if this is good or bad. Expensive like all hotels in Maui.

The Fairmont Kea Lani has exceeded all of our expectations x10. The concierge staff is world class. They are so incredibly responsive. Their follow up is extraordinary with every request - from activities to reservations to fulfilling every request and need we have had. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious. Housekeeping has every detail covered. The restaurants are award winning. Pools- immaculate and pretty. Foremost, again, is the extraordinary service.

We have stayed at the Kea Lani many times and it is always perfect. It is just hard to beat the combination of its location above a gorgeous beach, expansive grounds, proximity to fun, and stellar service. This year we were fortunate enough to stay in one of the newly redecorated suites and it was amazing! Perfect combination of island artistic touches, beautiful wood tones, and beachy naturalistic touches! Extremely comfortable and cheerful. The ocean views from the main part of the building are stunning as well. I also must mention the staff at this property is both attentive and friendly. Can't wait to go back!! Be sure to create an Accor account as you will get the best pricing and benefits when you book directly with them.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont Kea Lani. This is my fifth stay in six years. The location is the best as well as the welcoming faces each time we arrive. Impressed with Peloton bikes in the fitness center. Went to to magic show and was thoroughly entertained.

We absolutely loved our stay here in April 2022. We had a few hiccups during our stay, but Ronnie at the front desk was so attentive in helping us with our issues. The problems had more to do with the rooms being older, however, they're doing renovations to fix that! Honestly, nothing seemed too much of a bother for all the staff, they were all so nice and lovely. We stayed in an ocean view room, rented a cabana for the day ($400 for the cabana and drinks), and ate on the property several times. We had our 1.5 year old with us and she had the best time in the little pool! They also fit our room with a crib for her and left little toiletries for her as well. It was such a wonderful stay, that I actually just booked another stay with them today for the end of April! We cannot wait to stay there again with our now 2.5 year old. I loved every minute. The property is beautiful beyond words. Gardens are gorgeous with flowers and birds everywhere. The beach is private and cozy with tide pools and whales flipping. The rooms are spectacular and spacious and very clean. The views are amazing. Employees all were very helpful and nice and seemed like they loved their jobs which made the atmosphere happy and welcoming. All of the restaurants were 5 star with fresh seafood and exotic dishes. The lobby is open air and the vibe is relaxing and tropical. Pools are clean and bar girls and towel boys were very sweet and kind. Free umbrellas and chairs and towels on the beach. Breakfast buffet was delicious. If you want the ultimate Hawaiian splurge experience I would recommend this hotel. It is not too big where you feel like just a number because they remember your name.
