Absolutely love staying here! The Four Seasons Wailea is amazing! From arrival to your departure, every need or detail is not overlooked! The entire team are so attentive, and kind. They strive to make your stay as perfect as possible! I loved our room! Spacious, immaculate, and relaxing. The view was stunning!
While we usually vacation in the Caribbean (staying in 5-star hotels), we wanted to check out Hawaii this year, so this was a first visit to Maui and the Four Seasons. We were thrilled to be in such a nice location on a beautiful property and with amazing staff. Everything about our stay was perfect. We had no problem getting chairs at any of the pools (though did rent an oceanside sanctuary one day - well worth it!) It was busy but never felt overwhelming as it's a big property. So many of the staff members went out of their way with requests and we especially enjoyed the pool and lobby bar staff who were very accommodating. We'll be back!
The Four Seasons Maui is fantastic every year. The property is beautiful and the staff is amazing. The beach and pool settings are beautiful and fun, and the amenities are excellent as well. The three restaurants are second to none, and there is no reason to ever leave the property. The whale viewing in the ocean off the beach is amazing and the chance to go outrigger canoeing is really cool. This the premier property on Maui for our family and our favorite island. We cannot wait to return.
This hotel has the best staff from top to bottom of any hotel we have stayed at. We have stayed at many other Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Peninsula, Mandarin type hotels around the world and no one can match the staff here at Wailea. The facilities are impeccable, rooms are spacious, restaurants and bars are awesome and the staff is incredible. The Serenity Pool for adults only, is a very pleasant way to spend the day. The amenities at the hotel are endless.
Every employee greets you every day with a smile with either Aloha or Good Morning. Food is wonderful in the hotel, love the Dim Sum on weekends. Rooms and views can't be beat. Process for getting seats at the pools are fair and employees make sure no one cheats and steals your chairs. The outrigger is always fun with great insights by the young guys who take you out. Valet attendants work hard and deliver your car efficiently with water and towels. Front desk mailed birthday cards for me and always had change for tips. Housekeeping always did a thorough cleaning and organized our messy stuff every day. Cooks who did our omelettes every day were outstanding and remembered our orders. Waiters for breakfast were all very friendly and pleasant. Massesues used just the right amount of pressure and addressed any issues. Outstanding service!…
Of all the places we visit, this resort is our favorite of all time! Friendly and accommodating staff from the valets as you arrive to the housekeeping staff before turning in for the night and everyone in between, the Four Seasons will not disappoint! We have stayed on the Club Floor for over 15 years and the service is consistent every year. They have become our family when away from home.
This was our 3rd trip to Maui. Each time we visited, the price of the rooms at the Four Seasons were way higher than the other Wailea resorts, and it scared me away. Through Kristen Nix Travel, we were able to get discounted room rates, as well as free breakfast each morning, and a $100 resort credit. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by every staff member. The valet parking attendants were always there to open up the door when you pulled up. When you walked through the lobby, there was an employee smiling and greeting you whether you were coming you back for the day or welcoming you to the resort if you were checking in. After we checked in, we had a staff member walk us around and show us where the elevators were located as well as the layout of the lobby and lower lobby areas. We had breakfast every morning at the Buffet. The First morning, the hostess asked if we had ever eaten the Buffet before, and of course we had not. She took us around. It showed us all the various stations, and where the food was located. This was By far the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever eaten. Omelettes, pancakes, and waffles were all made to order as you stood in front of the chef. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are nice, and there’s an added bonus, each bathroom ass on speaker and five radio channels in which you can play. Each room has its own iPad which allows you to order room, service, request, cleaning, or request your car from valet. The room service we ordered was always delivered quickly hot and fresh. The valet car requests were extremely fast. I quickly learned this four seasons hotel does not like to say “no” to its guests. I needed a tape measure. I put in a request on the iPad that was in my room. Within five minutes an engineer was knocking on the door and was allowing me to borrow his tape measure. We spent the whole day at the adult pool and paid $1250 to rent a cabana. It is well worth the money. The pool attendant constantly checked on us every 15 minutes. They have staff members who will come by and give you a 20 minute massage in your cabana, which is not free, there is a charge. With the cabana, you get a refrigerator, full of water and soft drinks, and your choice of a bottle of champagne or for alcoholic drinks. You also get your choice of an entrée from the bar menu. The cabana also has a ceiling, fan, a comfortable couch, and a big screen TV. We paid the same amount of money earlier in this week for a cabana at the resort next door, and we felt like the resort next-door ripped us off when we compare the service and extras we got for the same price at the four seasons. Yes, The Four Seasons is probably the most expensive hotel per night on the island of Maui. But trust me, the rooms, the service, and the amenities are worth the extra price. We wanted to extend our trip one more day, but we were not allowed to because an entire company had rented out the hotel for an awards banquet. Katy Perry is going to be performing on the beach later this week to wrap up this award event.…
This was my first trip to Maui and the Four Seasons. I stayed for 5 nights with my girlfriend over Valentine's Day week. To say that the Four Seasons and their staff made it a trip of a life time is an understatement. From the moment that we pulled up, we had white glove service. From Dawn, who greeted us with lei's up until our last breakfast with Michael at Duo. Christie, Almira, and Vee were extremely helpful at the front desk, suggesting their favorite things to do on the island. This resort truly made Valentine's Day a dream come true. We had massages at the Hales, that was the most peaceful 60 minutes of my life, and ended the night with a beautiful sunset dinner at Ferraro's- TO DIE FOR. Mike, our bellman, made sure our luggage got to and from our room and I had the pleasure of meeting Auntie Wendy!!! My Favorite drink was the Cucumber Green Martini that Aundria made me. And lastly, a huge praise to housekeeping who had our room SPOTLESS every day- turn down, fresh towels, replaced the coffee daily, and provided me with a holder for all my jewelry. 10/10, am recommending. …
As usual, the Four Seasons Maui out did themselves! The reservation dept., check in & out desks, bell captains, rooms, concierges, grounds, restaurants, and especially the STAFF! The entire package is incredible, but the staff stands out above the rest!
It is with a very heavy heart that I write this review. I have been a guest here numerous times and I have always considered it one of my favorite resorts in the world! Unfortunately, this visit, I was shocked at how substandard my beloved Four Seasons Maui has fallen. I’m just going to let the pictures speak for themselves. My refrigerator was dirty upon arrival and even after I pointed this out to the front desk agent immediately after arrival, I had to call on my 3rd day (after 3 days of housekeeping AND turndown service) to finally get in clean. The floors were never mopped (picture of washcloth after our 4th day). And the most disturbing is the picture of a contact lens we found stuck to our baseboard on our last day. We DON’T wear contacts! We also had an air conditioner not operable in one of our rooms and light bulbs out that we had call to be repaired and replaced by engineering. As business owners ourselves, we are well aware that there are post COVID challenges in every industry, but I’ve had much better experiences recently at CHAIN hotels with exceedingly far less expectations than I have from a Four Seasons property.…
