This property must be seen to be believed. It offers the highest level of luxury at the best location on Maui. Our Villa was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and the view was phenomenal. I will return.

our unit was as I remembered it with an incredible view, We did have to request maid service however and once we did the maids came regularly and were prompt in their service. Overall the experience was wonderful. If I had to knitpick the grill had to be repaired by the service people and it wasn't very strong.

This property is tucked neatly between the Marriott, Grand Wailea and shops at Wailea. It was easy to get down to the ocean into the shops into either resort. There are two swimming pools with hot tubs and towels. The units are fantastic and very much like a custom home. They have every amenity possible. There’s a store nearby in the shops and restaurants by the ocean, and in the shops. the resort itself has minimal service. A part-time front desk and Bellman. And you can call out for a massage therapist. It’s not an expensive but very much worth it!

Large, modern condos right by the beach. Amazing views. Wonderful sunsets. Walk to all the restaurants. And sit under cover at the reserved beach spot, or at the quiet / adult pool. Relax in heaven on earth.

This was a fantastic resort and our villa was amazingly large and beautiful. Very clean and stocked with most essentials. Pool areas are lovely. Located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Wailea area in general is really nice. Would absolutely book here again and would highly recommend!

The staff is excellent. Villas are probably the nicest place we have ever stayed. The views are fantastic. Beach and pool service with umbrellas was great. Proximity to wailea shops was a definite benefit that we used daily. Would definitely stay again here. Probably best trip yet.

This is a great property. Great location. Super high quality units. However - it is right next to a 3 star hotel that has concerts and Luaus every other night. The noise in the complex from this is horrible, lasts for hours, and is the opposite of what you expect and are looking forward to in a vacation. Stay as far away from here as you can.

Mahalo for your stay and review of the Wailea Beach Villas. It sounds like you found that our property and residences exceeded your expectations, but much of your frustrations came from excess noise from our neighboring properties. The Wailea Beach Villas property is located oceanfront along the Wailea beach path with the four-star Wailea Beach Resort on one side of us and the five-star Grand Wailea on the other. Looking at your stay dates in late 2022, I do know that the neighboring Wailea Beach Resort had relocated their award-winning Te Au Moana oceanfront luau to their rooftop banquet facility due to Covid restraints. This rooftop venue can be seen from some of our villas and penthouses located along the northern edge of our property. We sometimes would have guests comment to us that they enjoyed the fact that they could watch a professional Hawaiian luau right from their private residence, but I can understand how the unwanted noise could be a distraction. I can confirm that the Wailea Beach Resort has returned their luau back to their normal oceanfront location which is not as visible or audible from our penthouse residences on property. We have visited Wailea Beach Villas multiple times and have never been disappointed. The units (in our case Penthouse apartments) are beautifully appointed and very spacious, in most cases second homes for owners. The property is superbly located, close to the shops and with easy access to the beach and the development's own pools. The staff and team at Wailea Beach Villas are always welcoming, helpful and responsive. It is our preferred place to stay when visiting Maui.
