This Maui family friendly condo resort with low-rise buildings span 34 acres of tropical landscaping and terraces down to popular Keawakapu Beach, a sandy beach with gentle surf and great snorkeling. Each condominium is individually owned and has an on-island representative. The owner is responsible for pricing, furnishing, cleaning and renovation of their condo. Abundant resort amenities include four swimming pools, paddle tennis, shuffleboard, barbecue grills and a beachfront pavilion making this the perfect place for family and friends to hang out and hang loose. Each studio, 1- and 2-bedroom suite is equipped with a full kitchen, separate living room/dining area, private lanai or patio with outdoor BBQ grill and en-suite washer and dryer. The studio was dark and gloomy. We tried to change to a apartment with as much natural sunlight as possible,and even were prepared to pay more for an upgrade,but were told that there was no apartments available !

We've stayed at Ekolu Village before,.... this was our first time renting an Ekahi Village Unit: 19A, and we were very happy with the overall condition and location of the unit. Our unit was a garden unit w/ x3 large patios, upstairs deck with views, easy access from Okalani Dr, and within walking distance of the best beach in the area: Keawakapu Beach. The unit was very well maintained, and clean, with all the amenities we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The nice benefit of renting these units, is we get Hyatt Points! We highly recommend Wailea Ekahi Village by Destination Residences Hawaii - by Hyatt, and will definitely return.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The Cobbs was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a weeks stay excluding food and drinks. The property is stunning and very well kept. I will definitely be returning soon.

This is our 4th or 5th stay at Ekahi Village and they have been consistent in quality, cleanliness, and comfort. We only missed the patio grills that had been previously provided. Pillows were a little firm for my perfect sleep quality.

Ideal place for families with kids. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. Great location, close to shopping and grocery store, quick access to a private beach. Would highly recommend and we would obviously come back again!

I think the property was well maintained and beautiful. The pool area was very clean. The specific unit was very nice. I would request that unit again. The kitchen was stocked with a lot more than was expected. Our trip was very enjoyable and Ekahi Village made it extra special. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wailea Ekahi Village! Beautiful grounds, steps away from the beach, and easy access to restaurants and shops. I love that there is a Pickle Ball court. We'll definitely return again!

This is a very well maintained and very clean residence. It is safe and very quiet. The area around the main pool near the ocean was great, and the beach access was very easy. The kitchen and whole set up was well done and very tidy. The only complaint was the bed. If you like a hard bed, this is the place for you. If you need any amount of cushion, you will not find it, at least on the bed in the unit we were in.

We have been coming to Maui for many years and finally decided to stay in the Wailea area and found Ekahi Village by Hyatt Destinations to be a marvelous choice. Beautifully maintained property with direct beach access and their own exclusive beach pavilion was very handy. The 3 property pools are warm and not ice cold. The condo was well equipped and nicely decorated and the view from the lanai and kitchen window was better than the images on the internet. Appreciate how clean the condo was and there were no bugs in the Unit to deal with. Otherwise, the nightly rate is expensive, however that seems to be the trend with similarly located accommodations on Maui with ocean views and beach access. Will be back. Mahalo

We loved the condo, it was spacious. Two bathrooms were good even for 1 bedboom. We have walked few times to the beach, on the return it was bit of climb but still good. Garden and ocean view all were very nice. We also loved the large pool. No restaturants nearby, so you have to bring something or go out driving. Just a warning - watch out for snails, cocroaches, frog etc. Staff was very courteous.
