We booked this hotel to end our hiking holiday in beauty and it was a great choice! The hotel is outside of Llanes (ca. 2,5km), with easy access to the autoroute. It has a beautiful, well taken care of garden, outside pool (which we haven't tested), a nice big lobby area and even some little cosy side rooms for reading with garden view. I loved how they took care of every detail in equiping the hotel, the room and even the deco objects they used everywhere. They managed to create a real inviting, cosy feel. The room was well equipped and had the biggest bed I ever slept in. The Covid measures were taken very strictly - the staff was cleaning all the time, there was individual breakfast service in the breakfast room etc. We will be definitely back!
The Clonakilty Walking Club from Ireland spent four wonderful overnights at this lovely hotel last week. Wonderful hotel with super friendly staff, great sunny bedrooms with huge ensuites, great breakfasts and dinners. The gin and tonics weren't bad either. The swimming pool was a great treat after a long day walking in the mountains. We'll be back... that's for sure.
I stayed here for 2 nights in July and was absolutely loved the warm welcome on arrival and during the whole stay. The hotel is a bit out of town but is close to the motorway. The only down side if at all is that the bar closes at 10.30 pm
This was a lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. Lots of space for kids to run around. The staff could not be more friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They made a huge fuss of the children. When we arrived we were given an upstairs room as there was more space but we didn't feel that it was safe as the children could easily open the windows and fall out. When we asked, we were given a choice of rooms and the lady helped us to move, always with a smile. Location was good. Out of town but the 15 minute walk was along a beautiful pedestrian only path which was fine for the buggy. Breakfast was lovely and huge with breads, meat, a choice of eggs, bacon, coffee and fresh juice. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place!
We stayed here recently for a few days while touring Asturias. Our room was quite large with a big bay window. The beds were big and really comfortable with nice linen. It was spotlessly clean and the towels were changed everyday. Our bed was turned down in the evening, which I thought was a nice touch. Although there isnt a restaurant, they will cook you something from the snack menu in the evening if you dont feel like going out. What really made a difference for us was the receptionist. She provided us with a list of things to do and see everyday, always with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. I am looking forward to staying there again and would highly recommend this hotel. Thankyou very much to everyone at Mansion La Finca.
From checking in to checking out - always greeted by a smile. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Easy walking distance into Llanes - enjoyed the town apart from horrible experience at the Balamu Fish Restaurant - definitely one to be avoided. Otherwise a lovely stay.
We stayed for 6 nights with our 3 children. Everyone was super friendly and super helpful. The kids (and us) loved it. The rooms we nice, the pool was very popular. Breakfast was perfect - a buffet with a mixture of hot food (bacon, eggs, sausages and tortilla), pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cold meats etc. There was also a great snack lunch available (hot dogs, omelettes etc). But really the best of all were the staff who were all superb.
Our stay was fantastic. The room was a good size, the beds were big and really comfortable and everything spotless clean. Beautiful views of the mountains from the little balcony window. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice and everything was really fresh. The hotel gardens look lovely, it must be an amazing place in the summer! Having free parking was a plus, but what made our stay fantastic was the kindness and helpfulness of the hotel employees. Everyone, from reception to the cleaning staff, was really nice and helpful. We would definitively come back!
My husband had already stayed in this hotel the previous year during a scooter rally he attended. The hotel gave him a fantastic rate on an attic room. This year we decided to stay for the same event and we booked a 'normal' room. The hotel is situated around 2k from the centre of Llanes. This was no problem for us, but others may need to consider this fact. The hotel grounds are very pretty and well kept. There is a small pool: it is lovely to sit round, as I said the gardens are pretty and there are some gorgeous views of the mountains from there. The area around the hotel is tranquil. The main gate is closed at night making it secure for parking. This was important for us as we had our car, trailer and scooters. There is plenty of space for parking too. The hotel itself is typically Spanish looking: very clean, neat and tidy. Our room was quite large and airy and was lovely and clean, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom, although a little dated again was very clean and there was plenty of hot water for baths or showers. The staff were polite, pleasant and helpful. We had breakfast in the hotel dining room. It cost 8 Euros, but there was plenty to choose from. Eggs, bacon, sausage, tortilla, beans. Fresh fruit, pastries and cakes etc. The coffee was surprising good too, a lot of hotels I have stayed in the coffee is rubbish! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking in here again next year.…
We spent 3 nights in this hotel with its typical decor. Spotlessly clean, our room was a good size with an Asturian balcony giving a view of the mountains and the garden. Breakfast was good and plentiful well worth the 8 euros per person. However the hotel offered a smaller quicker breakfast version in its small cafe. The cafe was also open most of he day to serve drinks and snacks. We tried the pool which, although unheated, was warm enough to enjoy a pleasant swim. All the staff were excellent, friendly - nothing too much trouble for them, making guests feel special. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the town of Llanes which gave it a tranquil feel, but for those less mobile could pose a problem. We walked into town once and then drove in the rest of the time. There is an ample car park by the Sablons beach. The town itself was lovely and surrounding beaches unspoilt and beautiful. All in all a positive start to our holiday touring green Spain.…
