1. The ambiance is amazing - perfect light for a vibe but also a good selfie, music not too loud but can be enjoyed while having a great conversation 2. The staff omg they all are well put together and LIA is the bomb— ask for her, you won’t be disappointed she know her stuff 3. It’s very reasonably priced I mean we had drinks and full meals under $100 together so .. yeah In short just stop in you will find yourself back again
When I return to Atlanta, I’m staying here again! I’ll also tell my friends and family as well! This is the perfect place! Thank you to the amazing David - Michael and Linda for your OUTSTANDING service! I needed a box shipped out and David Michael was phenomenal helping me get this done! Linda was so sweet and welcoming and I’m just so happy I chose to stay here!
I had the recent pleasure of being a guest at Hotel Colee this past weekend. Jess assisted me over the phone and constantly throughout my stay. She is courteous and has the best “can do” attitude. Quinton helped me overnight and is a gem. Shanika (?) the pm bartender makes the absolute best sidecars and she had a great spirit. Me and the other patrons had a fun time with her. Thank you all.
Traveled to Atlanta and had the absolute pleasure of staying at Mariotts autograph hotel in Buckhead - The Colee. My room was great but, the service and attention from the time we walked through the door at 2am for checkin was first class. Quintin, could be the Mayor as his exceptional skills and manner of making each guest feel important is worth noting. His ability to personalize one's visit was commented on by our team. Please share our gratitude with him and I hope you know you have a stellar employee who's demeanor is consistantly upbeat regardless of time of day. So important when staff works overnight! Keep spreading joy Quintin!
David Michael and Linda were both so pleasant, efficient and accommodating. They deserve the highest grade for customer service. They are valuable assets, develop them and promote so they have room to grow with your organization. Too valuable to lose!!!
My company recently hosted a team offsite at the Hotel Colee. We spent over $20K on rooms and catering. In preparation for the event, I sent post-its and an Apple USB-C adapter for my laptop ahead of time. I called and emailed the hotel to notify them of the shipments and was told there was a $25 storage fee to hold the packages. Okay. Upon checkout, I was notified by someone at my company, that the hotel was trying to charge us $975 for the handling and storage of the packages I had sent ahead of time. I promptly asked to speak to our PoC, Valarie Mitchell, who told me this was the hotel's policy. I explained that this was never communicated to me ahead of time. I would have never agreed to spend ~1K to store post-its and a $15 dongle! When I asked how they felt justified charging close to $1K to store a box of office supplies, she said she felt it was fair because it was hotel policy, despite it not being posted anywhere on their website and not actually being communicated to me. After 2 hours of back and forth with them, they eventually brought the charges down to $175 which still feels outrageous. Save yourself the headache if you need to ship anything ahead of time.…
Visited for 2 days recently for company business meetings. Hotel was clean, well air-conditioned, great service. Very odd though that they had no in-hotel snack shop (where you can buy sodas, water, chips, etc for late night munching). I've never been to a hotel where that was the case. Had to go to the bar to get a bottle of water which was a little weird. Meetings rooms were too warm even though staff turned AC on. Also there was sound pollution was outside. For both days in the meeting rooms I could hear loud music outside the doors (then led outside) so the walls/doors have bad sound proofing or something. Made paying attention during meetings difficult. THe catered hotel lunch was decent, but nothing special. Rooms were nice though, good size tv, good AC, good stylish designs in decor.…
We had to switch hotels due to a fire and found Hotel Colee! They were so nice, beautiful rooms, and Akima especially helped us get our rooms together so we would have a place to sleep! Thank you so much!
Akima at the front desk is the most helpful human I’ve come across in my travels in quite some time. When my group was forced to move hotels, we were scrambling late at night to find an alternative nearby. Enter Colee. When we arrived we were all stressed and flustered and Akima was patient, understanding, and kind. She ensured we were all set up in rooms and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I will certainly make this my preferred hotel for future Atlanta stays. Thank you Akima and the rest of the Colee team!
I wound up staying here out of corporate travel necessity but was really pleasantly surprised. The decor is cool, the rooms have lots of plugs, USB ports, reading lights, etc. The bathroom was modern and spotless. Every employee I encountered was super friendly and helpful and all were assets to the property. There were some ridiculously loud and rude guests on the 5th floor but that is certainly not the fault of the hotel. I would gladly stay here again next time I'm in Buckhead.
