We stayed here for 1 night back on Friday, December 27th 2019. We pre-booked the Stay and Fly Package where we stayed 1 night before our flight, got shuttle to and from the airport and we were allowed to leave our vehicle at the property while gone on our trip. I have to say that everything worked out just perfect! We checked in for our 1 nights stay, simply and easy. The lady was very friendly with all smiles! We found out where to park our vehicle while we were gone. You have to have a key to enter or exit the parking area where we parked. We were told about the free breakfast but we couldn't since our flight left at 9am, and on the weekends breakfast isn't served until 7am. We were up on the 6th floor, very quite room! Upon entering you notice there is a lot of lighting in the room!! Loved that!! Beds had good fresh smelling sheets on them! The bathroom area was a little small, but okay for our 1 nights stay. We slept great while staying here! The shuttle service to and from the hotel was on point! And, our vehicle was found exactly like we had left it!! Customer service here was GREAT! When we fly Domestic out of Atlanta this will be our go to hotel for sure!!

I’m really glad we stayed here. The airport location, rate, free parking, and reservation process using the Drury hotels website were all great. The desk, shuttle, and food and beverage service staff and management were all professional, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, with adequate lighting, electrical outlets and closet space, a comfortable bed with a slight dip in the middle, and desk and arm chairs. The bathroom sink and closet with mirrored doors were outside of the toilet and tub areas, convenient for sharing a room. I liked the eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower. The tap water was good for drinking. The HVAC filters were clean, and the air quality was pretty good, but the window did not open. I noticed some street noise, but not at all bothersome. There were multiple options for sitting outside, including several tables and chairs by the outside pool, but the inside pool area had a strong chlorine order. The complementary Kickback happy hour 5:30-7 pm was wonderful, with meatballs and gravy, steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes and chili the night we were there, plus the usual hotdogs, mixed greens, chips and cheese sauce, and three drinks per person. The soda dispenser was on in the afternoon, and perhaps 24 hours? The continental breakfast was set up at 4 AM, then hot foods such as sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, and biscuits and gravy were added from 6 AM to 9:30 AM. The complementary airport shuttle ran from 4 AM to 2 AM, departing from the hotel at 10 minutes and 40 minutes after the hour, and picking up from the domestic terminal at 15 minutes and 45 minutes after the hour. Be sure to ask the shuttle driver about different options for getting to the international terminal. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at this Drury Inn, and will definitely stay there again.

You know it is hard not to like the Drury Inn chain - they entertain you with food and beverage for heavens sake. We have stayed at several and the staff make the difference when the location is not part of the attraction. We had two nights in Atlanta and decided it would be nice to enjoy the Drury hospitality and picked the location near the airport. We loved everything about it. The staff were truly professional and interested in making your stay comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast experience and the Kickback both days were not overcrowded even though there was a crowd. The food at both ends of the day was generous and varied. The lady handling bartending duties was wonderful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were in 331 and there was some airport noise, but nothing to really bother you. We did not use the fitness or pool areas, but they looked clean and inviting. The on-site "store" had food, beer, and wine. Would definitely stay again and would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks Drury Atlanta Airport!

I had to go to Atlanta for a business meeting and I asked for hotel recommendations. The Drury Inn Suites Atlanta Airport was one of three choices. I live near a Drury and I noticed it looked inviting so I chose DISAA in hopes it would meet my expectations. It exceeded my expectations by far!!! The entire staff was nothing less than superb. I would have thought I was staying at the Ritz based off the employees and shuttle service staff. I highly recommend Drury Inn & Suite Atlanta Airport to anyone traveling to Atlanta and staying in that area. Couldn't find a better place to stay.

Needed an overnight stay during a road trip and we normally book higher end hotels but since we were arriving late in the night and leaving early in the morning, it wasn't worth it. I was very pleased with the cleanliness. The rooms aren’t anything special but they were pristine & I am extremely particular about checking for any discrepancies. Staff was helpful and the breakfast included was a nice bonus. Highly recommend if you are looking for a clean and simple place to sleep and not in need of all the fluff of a 4 & 5 star luxury/contemporary hotel.

We were thoroughly impressed with the courtesy, warmth and professionalism of the staff at the Drury Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport. From the time Sean picked us at the airport throughout our stay every employee we came in contact with - front deskers Latisha, Carol and Shreeca, happy hour servers Joyce and Edmond, asst mgr Nicole and Carmela in housekeeping (whom we didn't see but our multiple room suite was immaculate!) had a winning attitude and were devoted to excellent guest service. The Drury Inn has long been a favorite of ours for their reliable quality and generous extras and this location's personnel made us feel right at home and safe in the midst of COVID-era travel. Thanks a million to all!

Last minute booking due to cancelled flights. Clean, amazingly accommodating staff, had a maintenance issue, male AND female staff came to room _ at midnight....that was very comforting for a very safe feeling that late at night. I try to imagine if my daughter were travelling solo and that was a huge peace of mind response by hotel. It was quickly fixed. Next morning, needed check out help due to further plane delays, totally accommodating. Airport shuttle perfectly on time too. There was food and a few drinks happening when we showed up, maybe not 5 star, but to tired and stressed out travelers, a kind and welcome gesture for sure!
ATL is a huge airport and complex. Getting here and feeling safe and comfortable...HUGE. Although we did not use pool, we saw many guests enjoying it. Overall, in a last minute pinch this place was really nice. Safe, clean, and very helpful. Comfy beds, nice size TV. Thank you Drury for making our impossibly intense 3 days travel delay saga....bearable!

I am a loyal Drury Inn customer and rewards member but have to say this location is one of the worst experiences at a Drury I have ever had. While the location was great and the staff friendly, that’s where the platitudes end. This location seems to be a haven for locals to come stay and party. The hotel was overrun with multitudes of families and dozens of kids daily. They didn’t practice any social distancing or Covid precautions and pushed into elevators ignoring all personal space. No one was wearing masks and the staff did nothing to enforce the protocols. We originally planned to stay for 4 nights but cut our stay to 3 because of the experience. We tried for 2 nights to use the pool, but the local families staying were using it as their own personal party space. 30+ people hanging out using all the towels, jamming into the hot tub and leaving their trash everywhere. They dominated to pool area both nights all evening long. Breakfast and the 5:30 kickback were ridiculous. The one morning we were able to get food, we stood in line for 20 minute with just one other couple in front of us. There was one poor lady working and she was in the kitchen cooking and trying to serve people at the same time. She had no help. The 2nd morning we were running late and went down about 20 minutes before serving ended and everything was shut down. We could only get juice or coffee. We were told they ran out of food. We never even attempted the 5:30 kickback as the first night we walked down to the end of the hall and looked, there were at least 50-60 people hanging out at tables already with kids running all over the place and a line out past the lobby. No one was wearing masks and it was a free for all. Skip this location. Not worth the stress and money.

I had a 14 hour layover in Atlanta after getting off a 9 hour flight. Instead of staying in the terminal I wanted to go to a hotel to get some sleep before continuing my journey. The hotel was ideal for this. Clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.
One comment I would make to international travellers is in respect of the free airport shuttle. I was an international passenger and so arrived at the international terminal. Hotel shuttles do not pick up from the international terminal and so you have to take a free shuttle to the domestic terminal, which is fine, except the free airport shuttle to the domestic terminal actually drives past the hotel! Once I got to the domestic terminal I then waited more than 40 minutes for the hotel shuttle, however it never arrived. This is despite the hotel advertising that the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Given it was late at night when I arrived I ended up giving up on the hotel shuttle and got a taxi which cost me $11. The hotel staff were very apologetic when I arrived and waived the hold fee on my card. I had an early morning flight the next day and booked a hotel with the desk that night, because I didn't want to roll the dice with the airport shuttle in the morning, particularly given that I would first have to go to the domestic terminal and then shuttle past the hotel to the international terminal.
While the hotel felt very safe, I did note that the glass in the window was shattered (although not completely broken) as if someone had thrown something at the glass. The window still worked so it wasn't an issue, but it did make me rethink my safety. That said, nothing happened, so I imagine it was down to rowdy guest than any great threat.
Overall, I had a good stay and the hotel was ideal for what I wanted.

Check-In and Out was easy:) Our room came off clean:) Noise from other rooms was nonexistent:) Plenty of hot shower water with good pressure:) BEWARE when showering, tub bottom can be slick😮 Bath area is a small tight area, the rest of the room was fine:) TV was nice, limited channels in my opinion, but good for a night. You will hear the highway at night when sleeping. Dinner was free and overall fit our need, they did seem to struggle keeping items full. Breakfast was better than other average hotels servings🤫 Employees overall were nice, helpful and a few very engaging:) The area can come off a little sketchy, I did see a security guard walking the parking lot at night:) The shuttle to the airport was on time and very good:)

Hello. Hotel shuttle service for the Drury Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport is available in the Ground Transportation Center/West Curb area. The West curb is located outside between the Domestic North and Domestic South Terminals and is accessible by using the W-1 or W-2 door
The courtesy van is available from 4am to 2am daily. The shuttle picks up at the airport at the 15's and 45's of the hour (4:15am, 4:45am, etc.).
You will need to wait at the hotel courtesy shuttle area and our van will pick you up. Please call the hotel at 404-761-4900 to let us know you are waiting.
The shuttle does not pick up from the International side of the Airport. Guest will need to go to the Domestic Side to the hotel courtesy shuttle area.
Our new shuttle now has the Drury logo as well as the Hilton Garden Inn.
