My room was clean and fresh upon arrival. The staff was friendly, polite and inviting. The My room was clean and fresh. GM Linda was wonderful. Mia at the front desk was polite and professional. The maintenance staff kept the outside areas clean.
The hotel staff was great, polite, and very welcoming people. I want to compliment all the staff because good customer service is difficult to get these days. My issues was the dirty rooms-hair in bathtub, hair on bath floor, none of the fixtures was wiped, dirty carpet and overall dust particles in the air. It was extremely blatant. I had to run the water for 10 minutes to get hot water for a shower per the front desk. And the A/C in the room never worked properly. I was dealing with all of this with a toddler in my room. I didn’t complain because it would have been more of a complication to pack up and move to another room assuming the same staff was cleaning them. It has been awhile since i last visited a Hampton Inn because I feel like Marriott offered more incentives for my stays. That includes the breakfast-it was the same options every day i was there. Smoke alarm battery starting chirping at 1:30am. Called front desk and they told us to take it down and apart. Had to move furniture to even get to it- and it chirped w/battery out. Put in hall & still heard
When We Arrived We Were Greeted With A Friendly Hello&Smile.Our Room Was 508 On The 5th Floor,It Was Very Clean,The Water Didn't Get Hot In The Tub Or The Sink.I Called Downstairs&She Immediately Changed Our Room To The 4th Floor Room 406.The Water Was Hot&Room Was Clean.The Next Morning Was Continental Breakfast,It Was Egg&Cheese Omlet,Cereal,Waffles,Sausage,Oatmeal Just 2name A Few Food Items(Food Was Hot&Fresh)The Staff Were Very Attentive&Friendly That Were Cooking The Food.They Had Apple,Orange&Fruit Juices To Drink.Although We Had 2change Rooms,We Would Stay Here Again.Bed&Pillows Were Very Soft&Comfortable.
Breakfast had no hot food only cereal and pastries. The lobby coffee pot was empty. Room smelled like weed and had broken closet doors held by an old command strip. Found hairs on sheets when bed turned down.
Very nice and clean. Tasty complimentary breakfast. Staff were very friendly and even switched us from a King to Dounle beds. No restaurant or bar for late evening drinks or snacks but there’s several just down the street!
Not quite sure what to make of this hotel. This hotel has at least 6 floors. Having made a reservation at least a week ahead of time, unclear why we were the only guests on a hall with industrial fans running all night. It was LOUD. And we were not offered a different choice of rooms or told that they fans were there and would be running all night. Appears this Hampton doesn't care. Hotel offered 2 shampoos and no hair conditioner (they'd run out). ?? Two elevators but only one working. So you stand around waiting for an elevator in a space where social distancing was impossible. When the elevator car would arrive, all would crowd in car because it was unclear how long you'd have to wait for next car especially when you add in cleaning staff "holding" elevator for their needs. And then there's the full service breakfast - but w/o eggs. They'd run out (Publix 2 blocks away had eggs.) If this is the "new" COVID Hampton Inn, there standards have dropped. Desk staff friendly…
This used to be a nice, clean place to stay but it needs updating. The staff was friendly enough- but in previous stays they were much friendlier and helpful. The location is great, and at this point is the only thing that saves this hotel.
The room was clean! The bed had a tin plate underneath that sound like someone firing a weapon and hard. Fan blowing in the hallway making noise preventing you from resting. Management is not available and want respond to complaints.
Safety was an issue, loud party music across the hall, and staff didn’t address appropriately. Very like warm water in the shower, amenities in the room TV, alarm were very old and didn’t function appropriately. Elevator was broken, smells horrible.
