The room we stayed in needs some attention. The bathroom door was falling off the wall. It was a sliding barn door type door and the roller bar was barely hanging on the wall. The room obviously had some water leak issues recently. The ceiling was repaired but looked awful. Very poor job. The drywall tape was coming loose all over the ceiling and there are newer looking water stains so I think the leak issue is still present. There was dried old food on both sides of the nightstand which was disgusting. The tub drain was very clogged and cause the tub to fill pretty high when showering. There were a few areas where the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. It looked worse in person than what the pictures show. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and seemed clean. Maybe it was just my room but I don't understand how this hotel is so highly rated. Definitely was not worth the high price. I let the front desk know about all of these issues. She said she would let the manager know but I haven't heard back from anyone yet.…

Great stay ! Very nice. Front desk staff very friendly and professional. The location is fantastic. Close to the Perimeter mall- and the Friends experience we attended. Nice area. They had warm cookies available if you wanted upon arrival. Parking was easy in and easy out. There are several places to eat with in walking distance. Seems like a safe area as well.

From the time we checked in the staff was very professional and friendly. Always willing to help and answer questions. Great location surrounded by several restaurants, very clean rooms and bathroom with comfortable beds. Very safe ! In Atlanta but quiet. What a Gem! We will definitely stay again ! 5 star from me

I booked this hotel so that my husband and I could stay in Atlanta area overnight before we head back home. We've stayed different hotels in Atlanta several times and none of them were that great, so we did not have much expectation for this hotel. But it is safe to say that this will be our hotel whenever we visit Atlanta from now on. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning personnel were friendly and professional. Chelsea at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, spacious, and quiet. We liked so much, we even extended our stay.

Just the worst kind of management. “Dont know em don't want to know em” kind of attitude. Arived last night but didn't have a reservation number readily available and was told I was at the wrong place. So I left. Turns out I was at the right place but they still charged me a nights stay and canceled the rest of my reservation. The destain for a person of my ethnicity is palpable. Yes it goes this way too. I'm so disalusioned.

You cannot possibly find a more friendly staff ! I promise you. They acknowledge and welcome you, and Make sure that your needs are met . In addition the hotel is located in a very convenient location. Near shopping and multiple restaurants with access to expressways to anywhere. I love it there

Only one complaint. The bed was VERY soft. (Back/neck issues). To the point that I felt like I was sleeping on a hill. Had to move over to other side to seem to be flat. Otherwise, very clean, everyone was very friendly and courteous! Room was very spacious.

Hotel had no security, our room was an adjoining room and people next door were smoking marijuana and were loud, we called night manager twice and this was 12:30 and 1:30 in the morning. There was a bit of a wait checking into this hotel with multiple other individuals also waiting. Someone had complained that the internet wasn't working here and I had encountered the same issue. Other than that, we stayed in a very big and comfortable room. I particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom with the big wide mirrors and plenty of drawers to put away stuff. The decor and atmosphere of this hotel isn't anything to write home about but it'll get the job done if you just want somewhere clean and safe to sleep.
