This hotel is past due for an upgrade. I did not have hot water either night of my stay. The elevators were too small and over crowded for the size of the hotel causing long wait times. The escalator was broken. We were not able to get into our room until 6:30 the day of arrival. We were offered a drink coupon for our trouble, but received a text the next day that the lounge was open but not serving drinks.Time for an overhaul. Way over priced for the value received.

Recently stayed at the Omni attending a conference in the GWCC. My room was on the 26th floor which was perfectly fine but the elevators could be slow at times. My room was fine with two double beds and chair and ottoman and desk area. I'm thinking updates to the rooms are in order but nothing that would stop me from staying here again. I liked having the Keurig to make coffee and a small refrigerator. The maid service was great and the staff I encountered were all good.

I would strongly suggest if you are assigned room 1047. Please ask for another room. It’s in need of repairs the outlets by the bed don’t work and handle for the tub is very loose and very bad draining. On two different occasions my room was cleaned and housekeeping put pillowcases with makeup stains on it. Overall the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Alicia at the new kitchen is the best she treated me like such a VIP. She allowed me to order a meal and not turn me away even though my flight got in later than expected. I even offered to take my order to go and she wouldn’t let me tell me to sit and relax. She even made sure after my meal I had a cup of ice water to go. That’s a level of service that comes once in a while. It’s because of her great service I would stay at this hotel again. Just in a better room

This is a very ordinary hotel with minimal amenities. While it looks impressive this hotel is not a full service hotel. They have no dining on premise after 11 PM. While that might be ok for some considering the fact that this hotel caters to conferences it leaves residents with no option in the middle of dangerous downtown Atlanta, figure out dinner or be prepared to sleep hungry.

We stayed on the 8th floor, with a balcony, and our view of the city did not disappoint. Everyone that we encountered was helpful and kind. We had one issue with room service - they brought that wrong breakfast order, and it was 95% corrected. One item was still missing, yet it did not ruin the meal or our overall experience.

I had an injury and had to use a driving scooter. This property is not the place for that. It was a disaster start to finish. I should’ve checked in. My scooter was supposed to be waiting for me. I checked in and they told me I had to walk across the Sky bridge and go downstairs and get my scooter. (Can’t walk almost at all hence the scooter). Then they told me to wait. I waited 45 mins. The bellhop who was to only amazing thing about this hotel found it and brought it to me. He was told he was looking for a bag not a scooter. we stayed here to be able to use the hallway between the hotel and the Congress center. But none of the doors for disability services worked and none of the doors would work even with the room key. They told me I had to go outside around the block and through the rain. I wasn’t the only one. There is a hallway with a lift, so you can get up a few flights of stairs and use the hallway, but the lift was not working and you had to have a key, and there were no employees. Then the doors to get into the hallway from the outside were locked so you couldn’t get in the hallway from the outside. It was awful awful awful if you have disability.

The Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park is in downtown Atlanta next to the CNN headquarters. The hotel lists itself as a 4-star hotel on google maps and other comparable sites. The lobby is grand with multiple places to sit, set up a computer or eat and relax. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. This is a convention hotel, so they are geared to get you in and out quickly. The hotel is huge, but everyone was helpful in getting me to the north tower where my room was located. The room smelled amazing. Of all the hotels I have been to over the course of my 30-year aviation career I have never entered a room that had such a defined and pleasant scent. I loved it, but it may be a bit much for others that are sensitive (but I hope they do not change it!). Common area hotel scent branding is pretty popular, but this was a nice surprise. The furnishings were of higher quality, though the styling was a little dated for my taste. The room was larger than the standard hotel room. It is always nice to have a bright bathroom and I appreciate the upgraded toiletries, though I wish they were in large pump bottles versus single use items. The bed was the star. The linens were of top quality and there was a choice between foam and feather pillows. The feather pillows were high quality and contributed to a great night of rest. I was very impressed with this hotel. Without hesitation I am going to give this hotel 5 stars in my reviews.

Great location if you are attending an event at State Farm Arena. What made our experience great was the exceptional customer service. Everyone from check-in to valet parking were incredible. One of their employees Shelly, went out of her way to make sure my nephew and I knew which elevator to use and how to get to the arena easily.

Everything about my stay was great except for the breakfast service at the New South Kitchen. The servers were all having a great time in the back while we sat at our table waiting for our water, juice, coffee and hot sauce. 2 mornings I did not get any of it and only saw the server when they brought out my check.
