Stayed here for a week, Perfect Game baseball tournament, the rooms are dirty, old dark and gloomy! They make you pay for parking, here’s the kicker, NO security cameras in the parking lot or security person, last night 13 cars had there windows smashed and broken into !! 2nd time in 2 weeks !! What a joke ! Your going to charge me for parking ?? The owner should be ashamed of himself, he has cameras inside watching his employees in the laundry room but not for the safety of the guests ! Baseball people don’t stay here it isn’t safe !!

My wife and I recently stayed at the above property as my wife had doctor appointments on Thursday May 6, 2021 and Friday May 7, 2021. We used a certificate for the room and were upgraded to a suite using a suite upgrade. The rooms were outdated by at least 8 years as we understand that is the last time the hotel rooms were renovated. The grounds are a mess and all of the grass is basically weeds or dirt in the courtyard area. The landscaping was clearly neglected. As for the suite it is 1990's vintage as to carpet, furniture, bathroom etc. This is the 3rd Marriott property we have stayed at in the last month or so and each one was in need of refurbishing. How could we be 3 for 3 as to old, well used, well traveled rooms not to mention being outdated. As Marriott grows it is clear they have decided to grow opposed to keeping up their properties and investing in what used to be an expectation that you could depend that the property would be well maintained and renovated as necessary, which is clearly not the case. Marriott can no longer be considered properties which you can rely on to be clean and updated as necessary. This is to bad, but clearly they are putting their money into buying other brands opposed to keeping up their own brand name. Make sure before you book a Marriott property that it has been renovated within the last 5 years at least.

My wife and I were stopping in the area to visit family and being a lifetime Marriott member we booked a Courtyard in the area. I was surprised to hear that there was a charge for parking, as it was a typical parking lot (not a garage). It was located next to a freeway, so the traffic noise was significant. Upon checking into our room, the water came out brown. We called the front desk and they said there had been an issue with the water and to let it run till clear. My wife did not feel comfortable drinking the water, so the front desk offered bottles of water. The room was dated and not as clean as anticipated. The air conditioner was noisy (which did help hide the traffic noise while running) and cycled through the night. Not a good stay.

N696DCmichaelc, Thank you very much for your review regarding your stay with us. I am disappointed to hear that you were not happy with your stay but I can assure you what you describe about your stay is not normal for us. Yes, we do charge for parking as many of the area hotels do. Unfortunately we did have issues with a water main break that did cause a brown water issue during your stay. I do hope that you will give us another opportunity to be your host when/if your travel plans bring you back to the area. Thank you again for staying with us.

My wife and I stayed at Courtyard Atlanta Executive Park/Emory for two nights. Checked in on a Friday afternoon (they let us in a couple of hours early) and checked out on Sunday morning. Everything went well throughout the weekend. First, the location is good. Easy access to I 85, in an attractive, pleasant area. It is in an executive park occupied by numerous Emory medical facilities. Every staff member was courteous and pleasant. The hotel is nice looking, well maintained, spotless. There is a very pretty courtyard with a big pool. We enjoyed the hotel's main lobby, which has big windows looking out onto the courtyard. Good place to enjoy a cup of coffee. There is a Starbucks "bistro" in the lobby. Our room was clean, in fine condition, and everything worked properly. Housekeeping did a good job while we were there, too. We plan to visit here again, as we have family in Atlanta. Next time, we likely will ask for a room not facing the highway. I will add, though, that highway noise was not bad. I would not hesitate to stay in the same room again. We visit Atlanta several times a year. This is the first time we've stayed in a hotel in the city that we think is fine in every aspect. I recommend it.

I have stayed in the past here and it was always decent very close to the hospital. I just walked in to my room flipped on the bathroom and out runs roaches!!!! Disgusting! There were also little black hairs in the tub and sink. I immediately walked the the front and told Uriel I wanted to be checked out only to be informed she couldn’t do that. She had to wait on the lady that comes in at 6am to start a refund process that will take 3-5 business day. My card is still charged and I am not even staying there. Never ever will I go back and I hope no one else does either! Super nasty!
