Family trip
This was a mini vacation, we choose this area so that we maybe close to family. We request a room for three adults, we were given a double with queen, however other places I’ve booked had a extra pull out bed but this was not offered at this location. The carpets were very dirty and stained, the elevators and hall way smell of urine or dirty water, I must admit it was rainy during most of I stay, the smell may have come from climate on building.
We were greeted by some very nice people which made the stay better. Overall okay stay.

We checked in and they were not really busy. There was a car parked at the front door with loud music spewing profanity. The security guy at the front desk was using profanity in front of us. Wasn't looking good and safe so far. We never saw him again after that.
The room was pretty good. TV, microwave and fridge. The beds firm and just OK. Country inn and Suites usually had firm beds that are not very comfortable.
Plenty of hot water in the shower.
The rooms are kind of noisy. I could hear when people got ice and whoever was in the room above was sounded like they were stomping all night.
The hotel is located just off the interstate and a few turns takes you there. There is a BBQ place just next door.
The breakfast was pretty good and the coffee was awesome. The had biscuits and gravy, sausage, oranges, french toast sticks, eggs, cereal and pastries.
Staff wasn't very friendly (they were busy talking to the security guy instead of focusing on us) but helpful in answering questions.

Funny enough I'm still here at the hotel but I have to say damn! The hallway floors are dirty, the room has random hairs that aren't ours in the tub and bathroom floor. The window has handprints all over it and the outside grounds are in poor shape. The courtyard looks like where the killer lives. They need security because at night and even during the day there's unsavory characters roaming about. Also there's no access to drinking water, no fountain or filtered dispensers. The vending machine that is working has water and it's 2.50 a bottle. The juice and water machine is only available during breakfast then you're on your own. I've been passing the same pieces of trash on our hallway floor and as much as I've wanted to pick it up, on GP I can't because I'm just waiting to see if it'll still be there when I'm leaving tomorrow. Everything is out of order, vending machines, elevators, lobby women's bathroom etc. I chose this hotel because of parking, breakfast and access to downtown so I guess that was all I should be expecting. Lesson learned, sometimes you just have to spend more. Special shout out to Shay and Cambria at the front desk for being pleasant but yeah this is a no go for the future.

A group of ten of us stayed here for four nights for a debate competition. As with any extended stay with a lot of people, we came in close contact with the staff as various things came up, and they were absolutely lovely to interact with. Everyone we we talked with was kind, courteous, sensitive, and funny, and they were all very helpful. The breakfast spread they set out was also top-notch - biscuits and gravy, waffles, fresh fruit and pastries. And they had free cookies!

This hotel was dirty, the staff was rude, the room was just straitened not CLEANED, it smelled like marijuana in the halls and in the room, the furniture was old and torn, the bathroom ceiling was stained form leaking, the tub had rust around the rims. There was a used eyelash strip on the floor.
There was a game at the stadium across the street and im assuming the hotel staff was outside accepting cash for parking ($20) on the property. Once checked in there was no parking left to accommodate the paying guest, i was told to park on a curve which was behind the parking spaces that others would have to back out of.
After experiencing the parking and the complete disappointment of the room, i asked for a refund. The gentleman behind the counter ( the only nice person there) said he would do it and it would take 3 days but there was not receipt or documents to show the refund was processed. The WORST Experience ever!!

Horrible experience! While checking in the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Made it to our room and it was disgustingly filthy with hairs all over the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the counter. After going back down to the front desk, they did move us to another room on another floor because they said it was cleaned by somebody different… Or maybe actually cleaned. It did appear to be cleaner, but we were already a little bit grossed out. The facility overall is very run down and out of date. Breakfast the next morning was surprisingly good. We would never stay here again!

Rooms are not what we expected. The manager was rude and unwilling to help. Booked reservation a month ahead drove 11 hours to be told they were booked full. Then she "found" us a room with blood stains in the carpet, bed, bathroom walls.

The window had the seal broke which means it was foggy. The carpet had huge stains. The lighting was poor. The light over the vanity sink did not have light bulbs. The lights next to bed had to have the light bulbs screwed in and out to make them work. Just needs updating badly. The maid had cleaned the room and she did a good job with what she had to work with. This is bad ownership of property.

I was need a room for my daughter 01/13 out 01/14. I was going to pay with my credit card which i had done several times before. I got it booked and was suppose to get an email from Country Inn with a form that I was to fill out. I kept not getting it. So I called kept getting the Person who could was not there. I finally had to cancel the room because no one would send the form. My $87.02 might not be much but they need to have people send the form and then the manager can approve it when they are there. I called 4 times. They need better service people. I would not recommend it to anyone. My daughter was having surgery on 1/14 and we live in LaGrange. Staying there would have been a lot of help. Checkin was easy. Elevator smelled like weed or stale cigarette smoke, even the room a little bit. I have throw pillows bigger than the pillows in the rooms. Room was pretty much dirty, only refreshed with towels and new sheets...hopefully. Rubber bands and hair (and lots of it) and other small things in the bedroom, and even a piece of toilet paper was found on the bathroom floor. Walls were disgusting, stains everywhere. Tears in wallpaper in both areas, the shelf in the bathroom was barely on. Even the shower still had hairs left over in it. The shower faucet sucks. I’ve stayed in multiple country inns before, so I felt comfortable staying in this one. Honestly didn’t even give it a second thought. This hotel definitely needs a serious upgrade. Will be researching more the next time we consider a country inn and suites.

Not close to airport or Marta. We used cabs to go everywhere, quite expensive, but decent place to stay. Backs up to Turner Field.
No not at all there is nothing safe about the hotel or is location. It is wedged between Turner field and the freeway. When I checked in there was a homeless guy begging right at the entrance. I would not want to walk in that neighborhood day or night. I also did not feel the hotel itself was secure for guests and the cleaning staff made off with things I left in my room.
A Marta bus stop is right across the street from the hotel. I would estimate about 7 steps from the hotel entrance. You can hop on the Marta bus and that will take you within a block or two of the Hyatt Regency in about 5-7 minutes depending on traffic. The front desk agent at the hotel will be able to provide more detailed information on bus number, route name, timing, etc. The bus fare is $2.50 one way.
All rooms have a microwave and mini-fridge.
Hi there, we do not have a configuration like that. We have rooms featuring a king bed with a pullout sofa. On a first come, first serve basis and for an additional nightly fee we can provide a roll-a-way bed. Please contact us directly here at the hotel for assistance in booking.
