Reverb Downtown Atlanta garners praise for its cleanliness and modern charm, with its vibrant atmosphere and proximity to downtown attractions appealing to numerous guests. However, opinions on service and value are mixed, with accolades for staff friendliness counterbalanced by reports of inefficiencies and unexpected fees.
While the rooms are modern and comfortable, some guests have flagged issues with noise and housekeeping. Amenities, too, receive a nod for the hotel's aesthetics, yet face criticism over functionality and readiness.

Detailed Reviews
Stayed for a concert at Mercedes’ Benz stadium. We chose this hotel since it is across the street from here. Downtown Atlanta is just a few minutes walking, but there are not a lot of things in the immediate area.
Pros
Good location for us, even to downtown
Clean: our biggest thing for a hotel
Quiet: never heard neighbors, street noise was minimal.
Safe: safe area, no issues
Comfortable bed: comfortable bed and pillows, slept good both nights.
Cons
Parking: Valet only, unless you want to find parking on your own
Amenities: honestly for the price paid I just assumed some type of breakfast would be provided. The room had a little coffee maker, other than that you’re on your own.
No hot water: shower was luke warm at best. No matter what time I showered, the water never felt hot.
Odor: we actually changed rooms, our first room was so overpowered with a cleaning smell.
Under bed lights: it’s a cool idea, turn on with motion close to the bed, but in the middle of the night they are so bright it would wake me up when my husband got up. Would be better if they were more dim.
“Modern” tech: I mean, awesome the lights turn off after not being In the room, but the air did also. So we come back to a stuffy room each outing. On a hot summer Atlanta day, I want to feel like I’m walking into a freezer.
Overall the room was ok. For the price paid, next time I will choose a different hotel and just walk a few blocks.

So this has been the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. It even topped the Hilton. They had an amazing price as well. It is new and they have self check-in and check-out. You have access to all of the toiletries you need w/o hassle. The people were nice and helpful. It was quiet and I was able to use the customized Echo to play my music along with the mood setting light installed in the wall to set the vibe. All of the controls were digital. The bathroom was nicely designed with a good hot shower. I spent the 1st 30 minutes exploring the room! The was so comfortable and even had a motion sensing light at the bottom. Housekeeping left a custom note on a huge dry erase board and I was able to thank them by writing back! I can’t wait to come back and visit!!!!!!!

We arrived at the hotel super late after a long drive. The Valet was great and explained that we were fixing to have to walk through a bar with all our luggage to get to the check in kiosk and elevators. Now this might not have been a big deal, but I was traveling with my 2 kids and mom! To say I was wide eyed of the party going on would be an understatement. However, the hotel was super COVID compliant and we stopped in the bar with our luggage to get temperature checked before entering. Everyone was super nice and I could not do anything but laugh at this point because I did book the hotel so it was completely on me. The room ( which is why I booked the hotel) was phenomenal! It was super clean and was amazing and modern. I have no complaints at all even after we walked in through a huge party to get checked in. I just wanted make a post so other moms who book online will know that at night this is a PARTY hotel. We felt safe at the hotel, but did not leave the room once we got in it until morning because of the party. If we would have arrived during the day maybe it would not have been such a holy cow what have I booked moment. But our travel day was a long one and we didn’t get there until late. My suggestion if you are going for the party then this would be your hotel. If you are traveling with kids... I would probably stay somewhere else.

We were really excited about visiting this hotel, we entered room 1018 to find the bed linens stained and dirty, hairs in the shower and pubic hairs in one of the beds, we ended up spending an hour or more- asking for clean linens (one sheet given to us by Housekeeping had yellow stains, that resembled Urine) to change the beds ourselves, until we came across the pubic hair in one of the beds, then we became very disgusted and requested a new room. We were given room 826 which was much better. However, considering the amount of money that we paid for the room the initial encounter was very disappointing, we will not be returning to this property.

This Hotel has an impressive exterior, valet parking entrance, massive open spaced bar/lounge reception, phenomenal views of the skyline and Mercedes stadium from the rooftop bar and spacious ‘smart’ rooms …….but;
We arrived around 9pm. The a/c wasn’t working in the reception/bar and the kitchen was already closed so we had to order food to be delivered.
The in-room Alexa was
useless. The preset ‘ask the hotel to’ commands do not work.
The under bed sensor lighting is a brilliant concept but in reality far too bright and disturbing.
The built in bed lights did not work and the ambient light constantly flickered.
All food and beverages served in the bars were in plastic containers with plastic cutlery. The room coffee pod machine had paper cups. Plastic cups in the bathroom etc so nothing felt as sustainable as claimed.
In my opinion Reverb falls short of the usual Hard Rock Hotel standard and there is certainly a lot of room for improvement in all fields.
I would chose not to stay here again.

It’s a very unique hotel downtown right next to the Atlanta United Stadium. For the price we expected a better experience.
First off no where on their website do they disclose the $40 nightly parking fee. It is down town Atlanta and it costs to park everywhere but $40 is significant and it should at least be mentioned at some point.
Our room was clean but missing items. No Soap in the bathroom just an empty soap dish. In the age of COVID you would expect better. The bottom wash bottle attached the the shower wall was also empty.
No coffee cups for the coffee maker. 2 coffee pods with nothing to make them in.
They make a big deal about the in room Alexa but ours hardly worked. They have a list of commands to try on a card next to the device and the majority of them didn’t work. It told us that they were not set up.
Lastly and probably the biggest issue was the broken blackout shade which we found when we tired to lower it. It was off the track and jammed. Not something you want to deal with at 11pm with a huge window that shows a beautiful but very bright downtown Atlanta.
We checked out early Saturday morning and have yet to receive our emailed receipt 36hrs later. The self check in, check out is decent.
Overall it was a very clean, very unique and convenient hotel but for the price of the rooms we expected an above average experience and it was much more in line with what we would expect at a lower end type hotel.
We put the same information on our check out survey and have not heard back from the hotel.

We made short stay(2 nights) at the Reverb on our road trip and it was the nicest hotel we stayed in. The staff and bartenders were all over the top nice. All except for one girl at the sky bar with a tattoo on her jaw, named started with a S. She was incredibly rude and seemed like the hated being there. She even over charged me for my drink! Other than her, the stay was great! Super clean room with really fun lighting. I also loved the room they had with the guitar inside. I got to jam a little. Valet parking was the only option since the self parking lot was very small and filled quickly. Valet was $30 a night I think. Drinks at the bar were reasonably priced for a hotel bar. Our room had a great view of the stadium that was really cool at night.

The vibe and the rooms met my expectations. What bothered me is that the hotel charged an outrageous amount for June 11, knowing that there was a huge concert playing next door. There seemed to be a disconnect with the pricing, the staffing and the amount of people (both hotel guests and non hotel guests) that Reverb allowed to stay/park/drink/eat. There were lines for everything. We waited about 20 minutes to have our car valet parked (no self parking options were available). Our room wasn’t even ready when we got there at 5:00. We waited about 30 minutes just to get our key. When we returned from the concert, it was a mad house. One of the three elevators was broken, so we waited almost 30 minutes just to get up to our room. The rooftop bar closed due to the chaos.
Someone dropped the ball in terms of staffing and crowd management.
Also, as the date grew closer, I watched as the price of rooms / packages continued to drop up until 11:50 pm June 11. I was assured that no other price adjustments would be made due to the fact that the hotel was almost at capacity. However, when I checked - rooms were still available for almost $200 less than what I paid.
Clearly, the hotel is getting their systems in order. That being said, I don’t feel it was appropriate for REVERB to charge up to $600 - 800 before tax while the hotel gets its act together.
The staff who worked, worked their butts off. They were nice and as helpful as they could have been after essentially being thrown to the wolves.

Stayed here recently and was pleasantly surprised by this new property, right across from Mercedes Benz Stadium. Spacious modern lobby, helpful staff, quick check-in. Room was lovely, clean and modern with beautiful bathroom, plush towels, toiletries. I enjoyed a late dinner/snack in the lobby which was freshly made to order, brought to me while relaxing in a lobby sofa with ottoman/coffee table. I will definitely stay here again, ideal for downtown activities, sporting events, concerts, business. There is a music theme in the lobby so next time I stay I will explore more the side rooms off the lobby to appreciate the Hard Rock theme. Looking forward to my next stay!

Extremely hard to find the hotel however it's in a good, remote location. A really good-looking hotel however check-in was extremely complicated, and the computer froze up multiple times. The room was 150 online, and I had to reschedule the days due to booking the wrong day. I rescheduled a day later, and the price was 250, and parking was 40 dollars for the cheapest 2 bedroom queen. I feel like this company is extremely shady with their operations and how much they actually charge.
On top of all this, they put a 75 dollar hold on my credit card. So I was out 400 dollars. The initial price online after I ordered was 200 dollars and 20 dollars for parking.
The rooms were very nice and spacious, with decent lighting and nice smart room controls.
Hated that there were people smoking marijuana on the balcony and no one seemed to care.
All in all, I wish I would have just stayed at a better hotel for the price.

There aren’t any benches for the walk from the Reverb to the Mercedes Benz stadium.
It’s right next to Mercedes Benz stadium.
I would call the front desk. We didn’t have pets when we stayed there. I did see a dog in the lobby, with another family.
Yes of course! You can go to the second floor and use the stairs to go outside and walk over the bridge. It’s a straight shot.
Everything for old school hip-hop and R&B to rock and roll. They play to the crowd for sure.
