Detailed Reviews
I was traveling from California (on a red-eye flight), through Atlanta, then off to the New York area. With a 3 hour layover (4:30 am - 7:30 am) and most Delta SkyClubs not opening until ~6am, I decided to try Minute Suites in ATL airport (@ gate B24 option). There are two locations at ATL, near B17 and B24, with the B24 option claiming to have showers. I made a reservation about 1 week before my trip.
On my visit (12/1), I was told the showers were not working. Moreover, the space is not much more than a plastic covered couch with a single pillow and no blankets or sheets. Although it was okay to be in a quiet room, I was rather disappointed with the poor amenities and not being informed beforehand that the showers would not be available. However, that does not make up for the rather stark accommodation. I have stayed in other airport “pod” space like this internationally with far better amenities than this. I would not use their ATL location again.

We spent 2.5h in the Minite Suites on Nov 16, 2023. We were barely there for an hour when we got a knock on the door and the woman asked whether we clogged the toilet. I said, excuse me, what are you talking about? She said no adult would leave a toilet looking like that so it must be one of my children. I responded that neither of them had been to the toilet yet and at 5 and 3 years old, I would not let them go unaccompanied, so she shouldn't make assumptions. The rude b* later charged our credit card an additional $150 cleaning fee, which was never communicated to us! DO NOT USE THESE MINUTE SUITES!!

I had a flight from Seattle delayed by 4 hours to Atlanta. It was going to be 8:30am after arriving in ATL at 1am. So I booked the room for 4 hours for $190.00. About an hour later I decided that was a ridiculous price and from the pictures it was a mistake. So I get on their website and cancel, about an hour after making initial reservation. There was a small disclaimer that I might have to pay an early cancellation fee. The next day I get an email saying they are charging me the full amount since I missed their "early cancellation window". Rip off! I'm disputing the charge with AX and hope to get a refund. BTW I called their telephone # in the email and it answered with no identification of who they are. Leff a message, never heard anything back. They won't be in business much longer. STAY AWAY!

Booked a room for 715 in morn. Site says they’re flexible. Showed up 15 min late. I asked could they move my window up 15 min as I was delayed landing. There were 4 open rooms. The disenchanted desk clerk didn’t even say good morning back, respond to my inquiry? just muttered to follow her Back. I asked when was the time booked through and she begrudgingly walked back to the computer to say the original time. I asked again and her obvious excellent customer services training kicked in with a sarcastic “Nope, you booked an appt for 7:15, it’s your responsibility to show up on time!” I laughed and said, you do realize this is an airport, next time I’ll tell the pilot to land the plane sooner. That’s kind of ridiculous considering you are not booked at capacity at this time.” It’s ok, I tried it once. It’s a rip off, very noisy - picture is falsely advertised. there are no pillows, blankets. Just rock hard plastic bench couch and a desk. I’ve never posted a review before but this was worth the time to share.

Easy to book and find the facility. Room was clean. They need to upgrade the soundproofing. Needs more than a poorly fitting sliding door to the room and needs a door between the rooms and the front desk and terminal.

I don’t know why I continue to pay the astronomical annual fee on this CC. I get Priority Pass, but it is a useless perk. When I am traveling, either the longe is closed or they can’t accommodate. Just now I was told the next avail time for Minute Suites is 3:15. I arrived at 2:08. This would mean all the rooms had to fill up at exactly the same time 5 minutes before I walked over. The math doesn’t add up. I would bet they are not occupied and someone needs retraining.

The door would not latch and they would not send me my glasses left in the room.
We immediately called and emailed them with an address to send the glasses and we did not hear from them. After three weeks, we called again and they confirmed the email address where we sent the information and they said the glasses had been sent to the Atlanta lost and found. Minute Suites can be reasonably assumed as untrustworthy.

I reserved a specific room because it was the farthest from the entrance. The attendant told me I rented one upfront. I was tired and didn't argue. I knew to expect a very small room, but I didn't expect a large creepy hole in the ceiling nor the door's locking mechanism being TAPED opened! A sign warned me that the suite could only be locked from deadbolt inside, which meant if I had to walk to find a rest room, I would have had to lug everything with me. When I pulled open the trundle bed, someone's old boarding pass was there, leading me to believe the suite had not been cleaned. The mini-fridge was not working; no snacks or water to purchase in suite. The temperature control didn't work, and I could not change channels on the TV. When I asked attendant for help, she said I had to use another room (velcroed to the wall), but I still could not navigate the TV. Admittedly, it was good to get out of the main airport awhile and try to nap during a long layover, but it was very noisy. It just seemed run-down, lacking maintenance and kind of creepy overall.

The website says an 8 hr stay is $175 and we were charged $220. For a rock hard couch, a pillow and blanket and use of a community bathroom. Too uncomfortable to sleep. There is a TV that isn’t watchable. I’m concerned the large Mirror is 2-way. Don’t trust these places. Don’t stay here.

Management has completely let this place go. My ‘suite’ was dirty, the upholstery on the couch was split, and the desk had no chair. The pillows and blanket featured in the photos are apparently props.
Take the hundred dollars this place charges for two hours and treat yourself to a nice meal instead.
