We stayed her for 1 week with 2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby in the big apartment Flora. This apartment is very well equiped: small fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooking area. This apartment is also available for people in wheelchair. It has 2 big showers and 2 big bedrooms. Plenty of space for 1 family :-) The landlord, Giulia, is a very friendly lady. She only speaks English but is very helpful. Francesca occupies the reception and speaks English. Also very helpful lady, eager to tip you some good adresses for dining and culture in the region. They also provide us a bed for our baby. Free of charge. On the property there's a cleaning area with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your clothes. Be aware, you can only use them by paying with coins. Not free. The swimming pool area is very big, with lots of seats and shade places underneath the tall trees. Lovely area to relax. Also the pool itself is very suitable for toddlers. Keep in mind that you're obliged to wear a swimcap which you can obtain at the reception. The place is well situated in the region, all beautiful places of the riviera del Conero are at 30 minutes driving distance. Tip: go watch the fireflies at night at the parking lot ;-)

If you really want to get the feel of what it would be to live in the Italian countryside, this is the place. We stayed for two months in April and May 2016. We adored our apartment with it's gorgeous views, well equipped kitchen and lovely furnishings. We had a great time hiking the area, gorgeous views of the mountains, fields of wheat, wildflowers, baby goats, beautiful birds etc. The serenity of the location is beyond description. About a mile away in Coppo we always had fun at The American Bar, a jolly place for espresso or lunch. We were the token Americans. This is a part of Italy on the Le Marche coast that is not full of tourists. The nearby village of Sirolo was charming. In the evening the locals would be out with their families sauntering in the main street. Sometimes there were festivals where everyone was circle dancing. Nearby Porto Nuevo has beautiful beaches, views and great seafood cafes. You can easily drive into the port city of Ancona. We even took a ferry to Croatia from that port, a fun way to travel. The cathedral of Loreto is nearby, one of the Pope's favorite churches. It has a magical and interesting history. We also loved the nearby village of Camerano. There is a giant grocery store nearby. Francesca took wonderful care of us. We had fresh sheets and towels when we needed them and there was a laundry room across from the apartment entrance. The grounds of the apartments are filled with lovely gardens and a magnificent pool area. You won't be sorry if you decide to adventure here!

We stayed at Il Casale di Giulia for a week in mid September. There are several well appointed apartments in and around a central converted farmhouse . They were all well equipped, comfortable, clean and quiet. The parking area is secure and covered, the gardens are beautiful the pool is tranquil and well stocked with loungers. 5 mins to get into Sirolo for great restaurants, beaches etc. The staff are courteous and extremely helpful and we will definitely return again. The site is surrounded by a huge golf course.

We experienced a truly wonderful stay in Il casale di Giulia in July this year. The residence, facilities, service and setting were fantastic. We stayed in apartment 21 with our 2 year old. The setting is worthy of a painting, set in the unadulterated Marche countryside, sunflower fields and views across to many medieval towns dotting the horizon. The views from the apartment are stunning. Upon arrival Francesca couldn't do enough to help us,we were greeted promptly and shown the facilities( including self service laundry, iron and drying facilities, important if you,re travelling with young ones). The apartment was immaculately presented with all the requisite amenities there should you decide you really would rather spend the whole day relaxing at the Casale instead of heading down to one of the Conero's many wonderful blue flag beaches. The kitchenette is well equipped and easy to use. You also have Coppo very close by to grab local food and produce or head into Sirolo for food, passeggiate and entertainment. In short being at Il Casale was thoroughly relaxing (despite having an excitable 2 year old who couldn't get enough of the lovely pool). We will most definitely be returning. A wonderful place with wonderful people. Thank you for a fantastic experience! Carrissimi Saluti, Sam
