I had an unexpected trip to Cambridge to visit a sick family member. This hotel has been renovated and is really nice. There's a fire pit in the courtyard, a large common area. The bar wasn't open, but it looks to be very nice and the breakfast are (also not open due to Covid) looks great, too. Lots of art decorated the common area. The room was comfortable and clean. Mini-fridge and coffee maker helped with late-nights and early mornings. The best part about the stay was the staff, especially Yodit who was so kind and acommodating to my family during a difficult time. We will return and look forward to seeing the hotel when Covid is a just a memory. The location is perfect for walking into Harvard Square or around Fresh Pond. Starbuck's is in the hotel and Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are next door, too!…

Everything was great. Noah the receptionist was super nice. We were tired, he was kind enough to check us in expeditiously. The TV was new so it had not been connected... so we called for service and who shows up to fix the TV? Noah again... and he fixed it!... AND there was a lovely lady as well in the morning. Good team you have there!

Hotel was convenient and clean, however what made the difference was Noah. He was efficient with the check in, we were tired and ready to be able to rest. Where to start. Tub didn't drain. Phone didn't work to call front desk. At breakfast there was no silverware, napkins or cups available. I had to ask for all of it separately. The coffee cup lids didn't not fit the cups. Had to ask for that as well. They just do not have their act together.

This was the best customer service I’ve experienced since the pandemic. The front desk supervisor Noah gave every single request, even for something small like a toilet plunger, the best of this efforts and service and always had a smile. I really appreciated his efforts to go above and beyond to help me with a Hilton points issue. Everyone else who was at the front desk was friendly, helpful and attentive the whole stay. This hotel is a very good location for a visit to Cambridge -the bus stop for Harvard is across the street. We slept well and it was quiet. The lounge/ restaurant area is really pretty and there’s a fire pit area that’s nice as well. It’s attached to a Starbucks. Lots of pluses. Thank you guys!!

We were in Boston for the New Balance National track meet. We chose the Freepoint and are glad we did. Very nice hotel with a Restaurant and Bar, a couple of different lounge areas with a pool table & lots of seating, A wonderful outdoor enclosed patio with a fireplace, and a Starbucks. It was in the perfect area as well, close to everything you may need. Whole Foods, CVS, TJ Maxx, a couple of Dunkin Donuts if you aren’t a Starbucks fan, a great little mom and pop pizza place with a large variety of food choices, McDonalds, a Sushi restaurant, a wine and spirits store and a Petsmart all within close waking proximity to the hotel. The rooms were also comfortable and the service was outstanding. All the front desk associates were wonderful but Noah and Chantel made sure our stay was everything we wanted! I accidentally booked for the wrong night on a 3rd party website. Noah was extremely helpful && made my super stressful night a lot easier. Super appreciate the assistance! I wish I had more time to use the jacuzzi tub!! Lol

This place is terrific - basic but stylish, comfy, and welcoming! The room is clean, beds comfy, plenty of space to stretch out and work or relax. And the gym is big enough to get the job done with treadmills, weights, even a Peloton. Reasonably priced and conveniently located, too :)

I was immediately treated like a VIP from the moment I checked in until long after check out. Chantal at the reception was so unbelievably helpful with everything I needed and more. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and was extremely accommodating with every request. Zac at the bar was extremely kind, genuine, and professional and really such pleasure to speak with. Also made some of the best drinks I have quite literally ever had! That lemon drop was amazing… Monty, the operational manager, was also very sweet, gracious and generous throughout and made sure to check in on me to make sure all was up to my standards. Oh! And I can’t forget Yodit and Noah—both extremely kind, funny and helpful. Everything from the extremely clean and spacious rooms, huge bathtubs and well designed bathrooms, to the friendly and attentive cleaning staff, to the comfortable beds, to the fully equipped fitness center, down to the seating lounge area was of well beyond five star quality. There’s also a very neat and cozy outside area with a fireplace! The lounge area is really well designed with modern furniture and lighting fixtures and equipped with a large collection of great books and games to enjoy, including a pool table! I quite honestly could not have asked for a more fun and pleasurable stay. The location was also convenient, as it was only a mere couple minutes walk to a wide variety of restaurants and stores and only a 10 minute drive to Harvard Square where I easily commuted everyday. There’s also a shuttle and is only a short walk to a nearby local train station. I really felt at home during my stay and had an exceptional experience during my visit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone to experience even if they didn’t plan on visiting the area. The genuine and unique experience you’ll be sure to have at this gorgeous hotel, in of itself, is reason enough to make the trip. I am very excited as I plan for my next visit to this wonderful home away from home and will surely make sure to book whenever I’m in town. …
