Let me just start off by saying that I rarely write reviews; however, after a wonderful two night stay, I decided that I had to rave about my time at the Courtyard by Marriott in Cambridge, MA. What stood out for us was the amazing staff! The hotel was nice, clean and well kept but what made the difference was the spectacular staff. Immediately upon our late arrival on March 31, 2023, the evening front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles. They were helpful, generous with their time and patient with all of our questions. The wonderful thing was that they were not unique in their superior customer service. The morning as well as housekeeping staff were just as outstanding. I especially want to thank the evening staff that greeted us after a long day, I believe they were Sandra, Brahim and Tifany but want to also praise Maria Contrera who found my missing expensive glasses, Tredit, Joel and Btisam. …

Hidden and ilegal extra fees and charges. Very poor service and unpolite staff. Very small rooms. No breakfast included. Very expensive for what you get. There are much better options in the region, doesn't take long to find. Make yourself a favor and choose a better cost-benefit.. The word for this hotel is: disappoint

They were extremely efficient and kind at the front desk. It is a great stay, very comfortable. Highly recommend because it is clean and stylish. The restaurant is also nice here and the rooms are very spacious.

This hotel is very conveniently located to everything: shops, the river, restaurants, public transit. All the staff were kind and courteous and our room was incredibly comfortable. A bit disappointed with the price of parking $45 and the price of breakfast. With close inspection, you can see the rooms are a bit worn down with the wallpaper peeling, the furniture scratched and the mattress stained.

I had such a lovely time staying with y'all. Maybe the best room I have ever stayed in -- I loved the walkway from the bathroom to the bedroom and the general layout of room 711. Gorgeous views from the fitness center, although one of the machines was broken. The man at the front desk, Brahim, greeted me was so kind and helpful. I absolutely felt taken care of. I'll absolutely be staying here again!

I arrived after a long flight and they received me very warmly. There was a problem with my voucher and they made their best to solve. Even though they had a more easy solution as it was making me to pay with my own credti card. An special metion to Brahim, Deyli and Daniel, the guys at the reception. They were exceptional. This hotel has been life-changing for me… As I signed my new contract with sports illustrated! I wanted to feel comfortable as new adventures took me to Cambridge Massachusetts, I stumbled upon the courtyard by Marriott in which I met Joel and Judit they were so helpful always extend it kept me in my same room and was always accommodating I love them literally everything is a plus at this hotel. I just love it here. Thank you again to the entire staff here. Everyone is just amazing. Love Naomi I also want to state the cleaning crew/house keepers were nothing but amazing Judy and Btissam were phenomenal, came and cleaned my room every single day and gave me extra towels just exceptional service.

This hotel is top notch. The entire staff incredibly warm , friendly, and helpful. The views from the hotel are intense- the city views show how Boston has grown up. The location - based upon an uber is great, and nice runs along the Charles. I needed to extend a number of nights on a last minute basis- and the entire front desk staff made that a breeze.
