I am disgusted by this place. Our entire room was sopping wet, including our towels, clothes, socks from the wet rug and basically everthing In the room. Also smelled like poop. Do not come u will regret it. I’ve been waking up every morning with a wet shirt and my body is soaked. I’ve never been this uncomfortable in a hotel and they also ran out of towels so we had to use our wet ones. The location is awful and right next to homeless people as well. I would give this hotel a literal 1/10.
This place is a bit old, the room smelled of musty mold smell and the parking was very tight though they do have additional parking across the street if needed. The breakfast was ok with the grab and go, though very simple. overall it was ok for our stay and did the job but nothing super special or exciting about this place.
Parking is ridiculous and pricey. Breakfast staff is horrible but this is due to the ridiculous "grab and go" crap. We booked for a free breakfast buffet and got a rude paper bag of junk. We would never stay here again.
We arrived at 9 pm the day before our house reservation and stayed at the holiday Inn express. It's perfectly ok. The breakfast buffet isn't open with COVID but they provide bag breakfasts which were nice but nothing special. The location is great - close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are nothing special but it was a good value for arriving late and staying for 1 day. The pool area is nice.
We stayed here one night before leaving for a flight to Maui. The price was good for the location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. After reading all the glowing reviews, we were a bit disappointed. At check in, we were waiting for a while for the one person at the desk who was checking someone in. I didn't happen to notice a second person showed up and they started to check in someone who came after us. I had to say something to let them know we had been waiting first. The room was a pretty good size. It was nice to have the couch in addition to the two beds. The AC worked really well, which was nice after not having AC in the places we stayed the previous two nights. The room felt a bit dingy and dirty though. It wasn't pleasant to walk on the carpet in bare feet. Also, we had been excited to use the pool, but decided not to after we saw it. Very dirty looking, so that was a big disappointment. I did not see anyone in the pool or hot tub the whole time we were there. The breakfast was all right, but not exciting. We had cereal, juice, a dry bagel and a small yogurt. At checkout, there was something we were going to tell them, but there was no one at the front desk, even after we waited 5 minutes, so we gave up and left. It was fine for one night, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again.…
