It was perfect. No elevator because of the age of the hotel which kind of sucked. But the staff, its beauty, and history completely madr up for it. It's a must see. We will be staying there for every trip to NOLA.More

Staff and grounds were wonderful. I enjoyed my stay overall. The WiFi in my room was basically not functional, but that's my only complaint. The people staffing the front desk were so friendly that you want to come back.More

Uber or taxi. No shuttle. This is a 16 unit hotel. You are lucky to get a bottle of water let alone a shuttle ride.
