Ibis is conveniently located in Seminyak which is surrounded by soooooo many beautiful restaurants.
We booked a family room for about $700 for 6 nights including breakfast (This was over New Years also). The room is super spacious for a family of 4 (2 young kids). I would suggest interconnecting rooms if you have teenage kids.
The family room has a queen bed and a fold out sofa. The sofa isnt great as there is a metal bar right in the middle.

Included in the cost of the accom was buffet breakfast. On offer was eggs, beef or pork bacon, sausages, fruit, juice, cereal and then each day was varied with noodles, rice, vegies, pancakes, french toast etc.

Ibis offers a free shuttle service 3 times a day 9am, 11am and 2pm to either the beach or Seminyak Village - just book at reception. You can also book a pick up trip also.

Seminyak is full of beautiful restaurants to suit vegans to meat eaters and every budget.

If you can the best taxis to catch are bluebird Taxis. They are usually light blue in colour and have it signed across the windscreen. There is some fakes out there.

Seminyak is full of shopping, day bars with pools and the beach. It has become a very trendy area to be and a be building more and more each time we come here.

It is not great for people with prams as footpaths arent wide nor are they in great shape and motorbikes love to drive on them when its quite busy.

I came here for 1 night so that I can catch my flight easily the next day for a night flight. Ibis is happy to extend extra hours after check out and I was happy to pay extra with a reasonable price. Good service, convenient location, can have GRAB easily, walking to nice restaurants and a short distance to seminyak square.

Hotel and room is better than expected. Staff are professional and friendly. Good of hotel to manage room upgrade expectations by emailing in advance that upgrade is not possible due to peak period (26 Dec 2019). Staff apologised again upon our check in. Hotel rate is value for money and breakfast is good and adequate. Do make the effort to visit Petitenget beach either with the free shuttle or a good 30 mins walk there. Beach is nice and quiet with spectacular sunset. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. Word of caution - traffic in the evening is horrendous.

We booked a family room as staying for 8 nights, it was roomy, had a couch and a huge ensuite, plus fridge etc. The bed was super comfortable also.

From the time of check in to the time of checking out the staff were super helpful, friendly and made us feel 'at home'.

Definately recommend this hotel which by the way also has a great breakfast as part of the room price, and best yet, a pool! You can sit by the pool with your cocktails, and nibble on the yummy food prepared by the cooks.

Thanks for making our holiday so special.

Staffs were very courteous, helpful and very polite - the moment you stepped out of the car from the security, front desk and all service staff, can’t fault any! Rest assured you’ll be taken care of even by just crossing th street.

Thanks to Nacwa and the person who assisted us from our early arrival in the hotel, they made sure our return was smooth and no fuss, luggage was brought up to the room when we returned. To all the front desk team, thank you for assisting me for restaurant reservations for some random calls - sorry was not able to get all your names but all your smiles and greetings was just so genuine!

Room was clean, water presure for hot and cold, fresh linens was perfect - just few things, no shelves in the shower area and for some sort of movable mirror wall is kinda weird for privacy.

Bring your own shampoo too as hair/body gel peovided is the same.

Thank you too Febby too for extending late check, appreciated!

This place is really a gem in seminyak area! Great value for money! Would defintely be back here for my future Bali visits!

Highly reco!

Been my favorite place to stay during my business trip in Bali for the past 3 years. It surrounded by a lot of cafes and restaurants, so it so easy to find something to eat.

My favorite is the room, they have a bolster in every bed and room. People who can't sleep without bolster like my self, will be very happy that they don't have to bring their own bolster. There standard bath facilities are only the Big Towel, but if you required the face and hand towel - they were always happy to bring them for you.

Their laundry service also really good and fast. So, if you don't like to bring your dirty laundry home, they can get it done to you in 12 hours time.

We arrived late at night and the check-in process was quick and smooth. I was under the impression that the receptionist knew I had a long day, that I was exhausted and just wanted to doze off. We immediately assisted to our room on the third floor, near the elevator. Thank you, you! I couldn't remember names but one thing I do remember was the traditional outfit they wore. It was stunningly beautiful.

Our day always started early as we had to be out for a 3 days event, so I hadn't got the chance to explore the breakfast spread. I just went straight to the egg station, had the bacon, some cheese, extra greens and made a breakfast sandwich. The egg guy always made my egg perfectly cooked. Soft & runny in the middle. The bread selection was pretty nice compared to other hotels we stayed during our business trip. My colleague always had the tropical fruit bowl with yoghurt & granola, which she thought was one of the tastiest granola she ever had. Kudos to the big guy who wasn't tired to go back and forth to served us coffee, many cappuccinos and long blacks in those mornings.

As we were walking back from the venue at night, I saw a supermarket that has pretty much everything we need (yeah, they do have Lucas Papaw ointment!). Some cute looking cafes, eateries and sorts are also close by. Sometimes we did burritos next door for takeaways, but our highlight was when we tried Ibis's oxtail soup for dinner. It was our last night and we barely had the energy to walk anymore. We ordered room service and had the most amazing soup ever. We didn't expect it and instantly regret that we discovered it on our last night. The bolognese and fish & chips were also tasty, but none beats that oxtail soup. This hotel amazes me!

Overall, the hotel was everything we need in one place. From the great receptionist to our comfy beds, powerful hairdryer, plenty of plugs for our devices, and of course that oxtail soup! Thank you for understanding us, Ibis team!

Don't be fooled by the photo!
I stayed here 2 nights and it was very disgusting!!! The room was dirty, lots of hair on the floor, the interior looked like it was old, and lucky me, I got a kettle that was damaged (I attached a photo), yellowed and rusty. I have told the hotel that I am with a baby and I need a kettle to make hot water for my baby's milk.

The bathroom was even more disgusting, the walls were all crusty, the shower was broken and old, the sink faucet was loose, and the door couldn't be closed tightly.

I complained to the receptionist and they just said "We're sorry" and that's it without any effort!

I looked it up and it turned out that this hotel was the former IBIS STYLES PETITENGET.
Please, Kamaniiya Hotel management, at least spend a little for renovations, don't just take the profits, take over the former ibis hotel and then immediately use it in bad condition.
I can't understand how a hotel like this can be a 4 star hotel. Extremely disappointed!

The high star rating on this hotel are carried over from when it was an Ibis Styles hotel. I got fooled and hope you don't. The hotel is no longer managed by Accor and it is badly managed. The maintenance is poor, curtains don't shut. Dirty looking and smelly decorative cushions on top of pillows, bathroom sink doesn't drain well. The breakfast is mainly local lunch dishes (too heavy for breakfast), nothing to cater western visitors but bread. The wifi is very poor, drops very frequently and for a lengthy period so it is non existent most of the time. I'm from UK so I had to work at night. Speaking to Sabrina, the manager on duty, was a waste of time. She went in circles, insisted that there is nothing wrong with the wifi and that it is running to the standard of wifi that they provide. This hotel is not suitable for foreigners. Also, location is in the worst traffic area in Seminyak. Safe your money from this establishment, stay elsewhere.

You can get a meal for less than 10$, anyway, just 3 min walk from the hotel are plenty of restaurant / café... This Ibis is definitely the best hotel you can get if you are on budget but still looking for something decent :-)
