Nice hotel as it is new. Friendly staff and GREAT breakfast! Room small and bathroom not so private - like Holiday Inn Express. Convenient location - 1 km walk to Seminyak Square to catch Kura2 Bus but hotel has free shuttle. Beware of Mini Mart across from hotel to get your drinks and snack. The cashier there is not honest. Our Australian friends were cheated from the change and there is dodgy character next to her to distract you when they return the change by flicking a cigarette light to get your attention. Count your change and check your receipt. She might add on an extra item to your bill that you did not purchase. Good swimming pool at hotel and breakfast is different each day. Happy to stay there!

Beds are too small. Rooms are noisy and not soundproof. Housekeeping do not clean the rooms daily. Did not sleep well for a week here and the manager only offer free breakfast as resolution to my concerns.

Don't be fooled by the photo! I stayed here 2 nights and it was very disgusting!!! The room was dirty, lots of hair on the floor, the interior looked like it was old, and lucky me, I got a kettle that was damaged (I attached a photo), yellowed and rusty. I have told the hotel that I am with a baby and I need a kettle to make hot water for my baby's milk. The bathroom was even more disgusting, the walls were all crusty, the shower was broken and old, the sink faucet was loose, and the door couldn't be closed tightly. I complained to the receptionist and they just said "We're sorry" and that's it without any effort! I looked it up and it turned out that this hotel was the former IBIS STYLES PETITENGET. Please, Kamaniiya Hotel management, at least spend a little for renovations, don't just take the profits, take over the former ibis hotel and then immediately use it in bad condition. I can't understand how a hotel like this can be a 4 star hotel. Extremely disappointed!

Everything in here is awesome. The staffs are really helpful, kind, and friendly. A lil bit caught in traffic jam on our way to get here but understandable cause of the holiday season. The room is so cozy. The swimming pool is good. The breakfast menu ia so variative and taste delicious too. Not to forget the kids area in one room. My girl love to play there. So fun she said! Just one thing, the wash basin is just too high for my 6yo girl to brush her teeth. Hihi but that's okay. I could help lifted her up to do so. Thank youuu.
