In Nov 2018 we stayed in this hotel and had a great time, it was clean and amenities worked well, so we decided to book it again this March 2020. Little did we know, they don't really do great in maintaining their properties. Stains are everywhere (sofa, curtains, towel), quite dusty, sofa cushion even smells really bad, kettle doesn't work, water heater trouble (water gets hot and cold randomly), AC isn't really cold, and when we arrived the floor was really wet. On the second day, they didn't clean the room until we called for complain and cleaning started at 2pm. What made it worse, cleaning staff brought the trash bag inside our room (we were inside the room when they cleaned it, can you imagine how smelly it was?), they finally put the trash bag outside the room only after we asked them. Breakfast was ready at 8-10am. Coffee, tea, cereal, 2 kinds of juice, infused water, fried rice, fried noodle, sunny side up, 3 kinds of fruits. Dining room was not really comfortable, the AC didn't work and it was really hot. Overall, there's so much room for improvement, especially in cleanliness and maintenance.

Had a long stay at this “Boutique” hotel which was sold through Qantas Travel as a “bargain” 1/2 price package which worked out to about $95 a night with breakfast. It is really a 2 star hotel which would have been nice when it first opened, but it has been allowed to deteriorate since day 1. Pros: comfy bed and great pillows. Air conditioning (in my room at least) was cold and worked really well. Staff - every one of them was lovely, despite poor to terrible English skills. One girl on reception was pretty good, but the rest were not able to have a conversation or answer queries. Cons: ants in the room, mosquitoes in the room. Dead flower arrangements left in the halls for days. Stained soft furnishings (see photo), rooftop pool very unclean (I swam the first two days before realising how dirty it was and developed a skin infection which took a week and antibiotic cream to resolve) (also see photos), bath/shower combo very difficult to clamber in and out of (I am 5’3” and it was a real pain every time), Drain would clog up daily and I ended up removing the plug (which clogged up from soap and hair, even the slightest amount), hot water was tricky, would randomly heat up to lethal levels and then go cold again (all by itself). Grey and stained towels (I think they were cleaned but there’s no way they should have been put out for guests . also see photos). No toilet roll holder, toilet paper itself was rationed and some days I didn’t get any and would have to go begging. The rooftop photos showed a bar/entertainment area which may have run at some time in the early life of the hotel, but not for a long time and was never in use while I stayed. All the roof top soft furnishings were dirty and mouldy. The breakfast (served on the top floor as well) seemed adequate but thanks to a decided lack of cleanliness, I didn’t partake past the first day and bought cereal which I ate in my room. There are a few other minor things, but this is enough I think. Unless you have very low expectations, stay somewhere else.

Stayed in their Suite last January. The receptions is not that friendly. They gave me a wrong room upon check in (which was the deluxe room) and after I noticed the difference, I rang the reception and said this was not a Suite. The lady at the Front Desk said "in the system your booking is deluxe room" without apologize. It's your system and I don't know how it works so it can't be your excuse to your guest. The guy came in a escort me to the Suite rightafter we called and also not said or showed any apologize. The only good thing is the location of the property and the bathtub in the bathroom.

we have stayed in this hotel for holiday for a night. the bed was amazing, i had really good sleep. the location is good. it also has a motorcycle parking lot which is great. but there's more need to be fixed : 1. Breakfast time, its too late to have breakfast start 8 o'clock, we couldn't have one because we had flight at 10 so i need to leave hotel at 8. please make it early at 6am. 2. Bathroom issue.. the bath-up drainage is clogged up and makes the water really slow to drain 3. Air conditioning didn't work well in the day, which still hot during the day. but i like the AC placement.. thankyou please consider about that to improve your hotel services..

Not that big property but feels comfort, friendly staff upon check in. I booked a suite room with nice bathtub. Quite spacious, has own living room. Roof top not so good for swim because it’s dirty, but nice for sunseting.

1. on november 27, i booked 2 deluxe rooms from december 30 until january 3. i already paid in full and as usual, there wasn’t any problem occurred (i’ve been using traveloka app for such a long time and never had problems before) 2. on our day of arrival, the front office staff told us that all the rooms were full booked. in fact, they didn’t give us any information about this before we arrived at bali, at their hotel for exact 3. they moved us to another hotel called “Kyriad Royal Seminyak Bali” and they didn’t give us any further information about how many nights we were going to stay there. so, we thought that they had to move us until january 3 4. on december 31, we arrived at Kyriad at 2 am ‘cause we went to celebrate the new year party 5. both of our rooms were locked and we couldn’t come into the rooms even though the housekeeping staff tried to open the door 6. we were very pissed off at that time. of course we were!! who’s not angry if at 2 am, expelled from the hotel and asked to move back to the paditeras hotel? 7. since we were so tired, pissed off and all of our stuffs were out of the room already (they packed our personal stuffs without asking our permissions), we agreed to move back to paditeras hotel 8. Kyriad hotel staff called a taxi for us but we had to pay for our own transportation fee, they said that it was actually the paditeras hotel’s responsibility for paying the fee, not theirs 9. what made us so angry was that they treat us as their guests really really bad (it’s my worst experience in bali), there were even some personal items that were lost when they were packing our things at that time, we had told the Kyriad hotel about the problem of losing these items, but they didn’t give solution any solutions and the item is still missing until this moment

Stayed one night at Paditeras Boutique Hotel. Parking slots right in front of the hotel are limited, around 5 cars only. There is a parking space beside the hotel, just pass the staffs the car key and they will handle for you. Room is compact. The room is stuffy, aircond takes a few hours to take slight effect and still feeling hot in the room. Cleanliness need to be improved though. The bathtub doesn't seem well maintained as well. We booked the room with breakfast. But during breakfast time, we were told that we were not entitled for breakfast. It took awhile for the staff to check and finally said that our room is included breakfast. Order either Nasi Goreng (fried rice) or Mie Goreng (fried noodle). Beverages, fruits and kueh are available for you to take yourself. Limited choices though. Overall the service, cleanliness need to be improved.

My first impression of this hotel was "wow". The lobby was totaly different with other hotels. The main material for this hotel are wood. They got pools on the rooftop. The room itself is quite big for couples. BUT the AC was HOT. I don't know why.

reason i stayed to this hotel is because it's a cheap one in seminyak area and good review. but then i was wrong. the room is fine, but 80% of the walls are made of glass. i know, you going to feel just like entering a porn movie, towels are broken white and smell funny (i believe it comes from bleach), every room has a bath tub like whir-pool look a like. other than the mirrors, i don't think you should stay this hotel. forget breakfast, there're tons of restaurant or cafe nearby.
