Staff are lovely however the villas are out dated with worn fixtures that leak, broken telephone, electrical socket coming off the wall, and fleas in the bed. We booked for nine night but left after four as I was woken by fleas biting my feet. The pool is approximately 150cm deep with no shallow end, makes it hard for kids to enjoy. The sliding door to the pool moved even when locked so kids can push it and get out unsupervised which is unsafe. The breakfast is basic and I wouldn’t rate the in -house dining. A few doors down is a much better restaurant re taste and value. I asked for a partial refund which was denied despite the property not living up to how it is advertised. Sadly I would not recommend staying here and definitely wouldn’t stay again myself.

I had an amazing experience at Danoya Villa. Agus and the staff are just wonderful. Nothing is too much to ask for. Agus organised us the most amazing driver for our stay at a very fair price. My husband fell very ill and went to hospital, and the staff checked on him every day after returning to the villa. They were truly absolutely wonderful people

Was extremely disappointed with our villa (19) website says fully equipped kitchen but without a toaster, tea spoons, tongs spatula or wine glasses, we went to Ace & purchased a few nessisities. The outdoor furniture was very uncomfortable and we had to take out kitchen chairs to sit on. The pool we could even get in as the step was too far down ( we are in our 60’s & 70’s) one bathroom was old and the bath had huge flakes of enamel peeling off. Breakfast was ok but to have to pay extra for tea & coffees is ridiculous. Location was far from ideal as street difficult to manage with the traffic especially the motorcycle riding on the pavement. I have been to Bali many times and this was the worst place I have stayed.

This villa is the best villa I’ve ever stayed at. Despite it being a bit older style it was still worth everything. The hospitality was amazing. We felt really safe staying at this villa, 24/7 security. The staff are the most kindest and welcoming people. They treated us with respect and accommodated to all our needs. The supervisor Gede Agus was so lovely he made our stay even better. If we ever had a problem he would fix it. Danoya made our stay in Bali so memorable ❤️❤️

I want to start by saying that I had stayed at Danoya on 2 other occasions without issue unfortunately after we were taken to our room and viewed we decided to leave and found other accommodation The property is in need of maintenance and appeared unclean We spoke with the staff and requested at the least a 50% refund but it was denied It was a very disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend Danoya to friends or family I would like to state that I normally wouldn’t leave a negative response but the pictures on the sights do not represent the property I wish them the best in the future

We stayed for 5 nights, our villa was amazing and spacious. Everyone there was very friendly. Having our own pool with a baby was so much easier than staying in a resort. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Really enjoyed staying here. Comfortable and everything is close by. The entire staff were super friendly. The daily phone calls were a bit much but they were usually necessary for the free breakfast or housekeeping. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again Thank you for having us

Holiday trip with my partner...our flight got delayed so we arrived a little late....when arriving around 4am first thing they asked was to settle the deposit ...i had to explained that we just arrived and didn't get the chance to withdraw money yet....and it's 4am!! 5 star hotel?? Not at all The room is spacious and the pool nice...however construction all around the building so lot of white wall dust in the pool just sitting on top.... Bathtub with broken plug...i had to ask twice to get it fixed .. unfortunately unsure if it was a issue of language bareer but the bath tub didn't get fix until the end of our trip.... The breakfast included doesn't include the whole breakfast menu just the basics...charged ful price for any other items In the kitchen No gas for the stove Fridge wasn't closing ?! (Really) Ants on the benches The pool Lots of insect around Stick of trees falling off once every two day because of lack of maintenance of the palm tree above our head( hazard zone) Settling of white dust every day due to construction work in rooms as mentioned above Avoid this establishment!!! When checking out they made me pay some money for a broken glass? Ridiculous Lots of better options around Danoya you disappointed us and that is the only review a can give... We are super easy going people but that was a rip off....we won't be back on won't recommend!!…

Old, shabby, not at all luxurious. Equipment and decor were very worn, airconditioning problematic. Although I am used to Bali as a seasoned traveller to these shores, I expected better for the price. There were three of us and they put us in a large (plenty of room for 6) villa I suspect to make up for the condition of the villa overall. Very plain, bland generic fit-out. The pool was clean but the grease from body fat has not been cleaned for quite some time resulting in quite an obnoxious edge to the stonework. The staff as always were very nice and pleasant and very accommodating but this did not make up for the overall disappointment.

We booked 1 bedroom private villa. Villa is spacious and very clean. Breakfast is served to the villa and need to confirm the menu the previous night. food is delicious. staff are very polite and helpfull. Pool is clean and only disappointment for me as it is almost 6 ft depth. Compare to other private pool villas in seminyak, this is worth the price.
