There is no restaurant on site like advertised- asked 5 times and on the last time got told it's been shut for 2months now which really annoyed me as that's the main reason I booked this place for the restaurant on site. Stained sheets and towels- disgusting. Bathroom is old and mouldy. Had to wear jandels in the shower as didnt trust the floor in the shower. Everytime you used the shower head coming from the wall it smelt like really bad fart smell... the shower head coming from the roof would sometimes only let you run hot or cold water straight so not warm at all. Bugs and lizards everywhere- even had cockroaches in the room when I told them the lady said okay 😒. The doors dont even lock properly so had to take valuables with me and when asked about the safe they didnt know the combination for the safe. Aircon in my sons room didnt work when I rung I about it they couldn't understand what I was saying... alot of times when I tried to communicate with them they didn't understand me.Absolute shame that we booked this place as I was really looking forward to relaxing.. hated it.

A nice quiet location, I would not stay there again as I prefer a location with a bit more action, but highly recommended if you want peace and tranquility. Staff were great, really made me feel welcome and looked after me. Room was good and very clean

Location is good, design is fine, value for money is indeed good BUT walking barefoot in the room, which is custom in Asia, is a challenging treat to your soles that get blackened in three steps. This says a little about overall cleanliness. I was booked for 5 nights and left after three because being awaken by their dog barking like crazy at 5.00 am every day was definitely too taxing. All in all, for the price, not bad though.

We booked here because it was within walking distance to where family were staying. My expectations were not high given the reviews on Trip Advisor. Yes it is need of an upgrade but it has definitely served its purpose for us. We knew we would be spending all our time at my daughters accommodation and with them so we just needed somewhere to sleep. The pool area does not entice me as it does look unkept, but at least our room / bed was ok. The staff are nice and we are satisfied with the breakfast. It’s all price relative. We come to Bali twice a year with normally staying in Sanur on the beach and this was always going to be a different holiday for us. We wouldn’t stay again but if you are just wanting somewhere to rest you head at a very low rate then it might serve your purpose also.

After reading the reviews on here we were sceptical to say the least about staying at the Adma however we were pleasantly surprised to say the least. Now if you are looking for a 5 star hotel this is not the hotel for you, the hotel needs some maintanance however it has character, certainly very balinese with a lovely feel to the hotel. We had the family suite with pool for around AU$85 per night for 4 adults and that included a breakfast, basic breakfast but also a very good one as you will see in the pictures. We also had the best suite at the hotel, the Putu Kecak. The only suite near the main pool. The rooms were nice enough large and the air con was great. WiFi also generally worked well as well. Our room was clean and made every day and we had absolutly no isses with the clenliness at all. Breakfast - when you are seated you are handed a sheet of paper with an item list on it to tick what you want to eat. Choice of continental, cooked or indonesian breakfasts all which are cooked to order. I always had the cooked breakfast which came with 2 eggs any style, small piece of bacon, small sausage, fried potato and lovely garlic mushrooms. Also a bottle of water and and OJ which was lovely. Sometimes I ordered the fruit as well and you can also choose what fruit you like from the menu, I chose the watermelon. The staff are amazing and really friendly and above all your belongings are safe at this hotel. I had a few beers one night and left my bum bag by the pool, i eventually found it at reception where a staff member had handed it in for me with no money missing and my passport was aslo still there. All in all we loved it an dwould we stay there again..............for us absolutly 8/10

We checked in here at 7pm and had to check out a couple hours later due to how filthy the place is. Within a couple of minutes of being in the room i saw 2 cockroaches roaming around under the bed i managed to remove them and decided not to make a fuss about it. After that i realized how filthy the bedsheets were, they're not even white anymore they a grey color because they are so old and no one has probably stayed in that room in a few weeks so mold and dust had accumulated on them. I'm allergic to dust so after an hour or two i started to get a runny nose and hives from the mold and dust on the sheets and in the room in general. Obviously the pillows and mattresses had never been put out in the sun. I couldn't take it anymore and had to check out only a couple hours after i had checked in. The person at the front desk told me to come back the next day if i wanted a refund, i came back the next day and was put on the phone with the manager i tried to explain my experience and that i wanted a refund or at least refund for half the money but he declined for no particular reason other than that he is greedy dog running a dump of a hotel. I don't normally write reviews but this place is so bad that i have to warn other people considering staying here. I wish i had read the reviews before booking this place, as you can see I'm not the only one with a horrible experience here. Anyway lesson learnt. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT STAY HERE!!! And to the manager: bangsat, cicing CI

The Adma residence is a small “boutique hotel”, with nice pool. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very good, and very good quality/price. The room are spacious with large dressing, and nice decoration. (Like all hôtels in Bali, include 5*, some details are not perfect, but the global impression is very positive. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, and the location is very good (it’s quiet place, but very near everything). The pool is very nice at night time (with “bar” with chairs inside water, so you can bring your drinks and spend romantic time there). Congratulations to owners / manager and all staffs 😊

Upon arriving in the property you expect a certain level of cleanliness and order. However you will be quickly disappointed with the quality of maintenance for almost every part of the hotel. The bedsheets are full of stains and the bathroom shower spurts water everywhere except your body. The floors in the room and balcony are dusty and full of rubbish especially under the furniture. Yes I understand that you pay a lower price than an average hotel but this place is no value for money. I strongly suggest looking at other places when looking at this price range as you find much better places on the web. The location is ok but if you dont have transport then getting around will be tough. The owners should take better care of their property if they expect to survive or else they could end up with an empty property due lack of demand.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The photos online are nothing like what the actual facilities look like! We arrived to a room that we had waited 3.5 hours for (we arrived early) which we found to have an old face wipe and cigarette buts and ash in the room from previous guests, green algae growing over every surface in our plunge pool, mould so thick you couldn't see out the bottom of the glass shower, mould and soap scum on every surface in the shower itself and all over the toilet and it smelt like water had been sitting for months. The outside bath was also growing algae and had more sitting water around it. When asked for the room to be cleaned, a young man turned up with nothing more than a wet mop. It was just incredibly unhygienic and we couldn't stay here and demanded a refund. This is yet to be provided over 12 days later when we were told 7 days max. The staff were lovely, but the cleanliness and maintenance are appalling.

The hotel itself is desparately needing some maintanance, now it is very not up to date. Even a bit spooky. Room was quite nice but also not very luxorious as you could expect a suite to be. However ok value for money. Breakfast terrible!
