This hotel have good swimming pool and big spacious room at budgeting price. It have ample space to park the vehicle and good entrance space for cars too. I would recommend it for those staying nearby in kuta. Beach is nearby too.

I came already several times to this hotel. The main reason is that is has quiet rooms which are fairly large, large swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are private villas as well, but i never tried one of those (I travel alone).

I was there recently on 7th june. Stayed in room no 203. A/c wasn't working properly. And when I complained to staff, they were rude to me. I was supposed to stay there till 14th, but moved next day. One of the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life..

Only stayed for one night but Spacious and clean room. Airconditioning worked well and nice to have hot water. Swimming pool looked nice unfortunately did not get a chance to go in it. Only problem was not many plug sockets available. Located near lots of restaurants and bars. But peaceful and quiet in the hotel. Has a TV as well.

Booked the two bedroom villa for three nights but ended up checking out early. The hotel/villa itself was good and has a lot of potential. It is in a good location, easy walk to restaurants, bars and shops. When checking in, the hotel gave us about 10 different keys for the different doors in the villa. This should be changed so it has one key for every lock inside the villa. Much easier to carry around. On the second day the lock on the front door of the villa was broken and unable to close the door. The staff tried to fix it but unable to fix. Therefore they wanted us to stay in a villa that is not locked and potentially anyone could walk inside. This is the reason we checked out early.

I had booked in for a 2 bedroom villa for 4 nights. I was very dissappointed when I arrived. The villa had mold on the walls. The sheets were not clean. There was only half a roll of toilet paper left and we had to ask for 2 days. We were told that there was none left in the hotel and we were given money to buy some in a shop. On the second night I saw a mouse in the kitchen. I called reception and no one came so after half an hour I went up and they acted as if I had never called them. They also didn't understand why I was upset. They caught the mouse. I stayed up all night listening to mice crawling around in the walls and the ceiling. The next day I saw a mouse running down the stairs of the villa. Enough was enough. We checked out and fair enough they refunded us very quickly but it ruined my first few days on holiday.

Located in the hottest spot in Petitenget Seminyak, this hotel and villa offers you affordable price I bet you will not find in the surroundings. The villa is great, and it has a private pool with capacity up to 6 people. Also, a private kitchen where you can cook anything you wish for your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supper! You can enjoy Petitenget area when you are low in the budget while you stay in also a great property. Try yourself!

We have stayed for 15 nights and hospitality was present at the beginning however from our second night until we checked-out absolutely the worst experience ever!(there could be no room for improvement at this hotel)! Firstly, WiFi is terrible(My friend and I had to go down to the lobby just to use our "FREE WIFI) and there were no proper cleaning in our room!(given the fact that we are staying for 15 nights!). 2.) Hot Water is chargeable(I know that Taman Rosani is not a 5 star but c'mon a cup of hot water chargeable at 10,000 rupiah) 3.) We have raise the complain to one of the agent(he was attentive at first however when we felt that he cannot understand My friend and I has decided to talk to the Manager(I do not know if they have?) he then told us that they have but he is working ONLY FROM DAY TIME (so, we cannot give any feedback at NIGHT?). 3.) No one has assisted us to carry our luggage (the guy at the reception told us that HE IS ALONE AND I CANNOT HELP YOU, YOU CAN CARRY IT BY YOURSELVES. Travelling makes you a storyteller and i believe it does.....
