This place have everything you need, especially if you decided to have a long term stay in Bali.
They have spacious room with semi-outdoor bathroom. No need to think about turning on the ac if you opened the front and back door, let the wind naturally breath into your room.
I'm amazed with the long pool which can practice your ability and strength in swimming, but not deep so even beginner can enjoy it as well.
There are numerous tables and electricity access in the pantry and gazebo, which can be an option to open your laptop with some Bali nuance decoration. A spacious kitchen with very complete eating and cooking utensils. Not to forget also the free drinking water provided, no need to buy 1,5L mineral water everyday and fill our earth with plastic bottles.
The most important thing, the staffs and owner are very friendly! This is the most important thing because every staffs here even the owner always giving a hand for help us if there is any issue, or even if you need to make omellete or fried rice. They are also occasionally give some food and snack.

Balinea Villa is an excellent choice for all travellers. The accommodation offers 6 standard rooms and 2 suits which are all well furnished with large comfortable beds and really good air conditioning. The property has a beautiful large swimming pool and access to a communal kitchen. Breakfast is cooked to order and the owner and staff are just so friendly and helpful. The property is located in a quieter area of Seminyak, spotlessly clean and with easy access to local shops and restaurants. This was our second visit and definitely recommend Balinea Villa for your stay.

I stayed at Balinea for a month & it is definitely great value for money. It is a very peaceful & relaxing place and is in a convenient location with cafes, local restaurants & bars within easy walking distance. It is also a very clean place with great facilities, including a good sized pool and a communal kitchen with fridge and plates/cutlery etc if you fancy cooking yourself. The local staff all speak English and are super friendly and helpful, as is Jeff (the owner & long-term Bali resident) who is a great source of information and who is more than willing to help-out with advice & local contacts. I highly recommend Balinea for both short & long-term stays.

The villa is a nicely set up place with very friendly and helpful stuff. I stayed here for a bit more than two weeks with my partner and felt very pleased. Whilst Belinea is not purely purely for PLU it can be considered an adult only place which does make the difference for me. It is conveniently located close to where PLU prefer to go and provides all services that are essential including private and secure parking place. They also arrange for scooter rent and many other services. Just ask one of the stuff. Certainly worth the price.

Since it is coming up to a year since I've stayed at Balinea, I thought I would leave a review (because I forgot..).
Overall, my first trip to Bali was great, in part thanks to my stay at Balinea. It is a small establishment, but you get personalised service and the staff all know you by name. My airport transfers were organised by the staff (didn't feel like navigating the taxi system), as was a day tour where I got to see many places. There is a very good massage therapist on site, and a lovely pool. More often that not, I would just lounge around (and in) the pool because it was so relaxing. And when I couldn't be bothered going out, I just ordered food from Grab/Gojek and had it delivered. The outdoor bathroom was a first for me, but I loved it.
I highly recommend this place, and if I ever come back to Bali, then this is where I will stay. Thanks Jeff and team for my wonderful stay.

The place has good location, at night quiet, walk to city center about 15-20 min. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast, clean rooms with nice bali bathroom. Friendly owner invited us to dinner with wine !

Balinea Villa is the most welcoming place I have ever stayed in the world. The owners and staff are absolutely fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and truly cares about your experience in Bali. Our room was comfortable and well-cared for, and our outdoor bathroom was possibly my favorite room I've ever set foot in. Plus, the nasi goreng at breakfast was the best I ate all trip long (and I ate a lot!). Balinea Villa truly felt like our home away from home; I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Yes it is walking distance to restuarants. The closest reataurant is across the street from Balinea. Then there are more in the main street. Not sure abiut room service as we didnt need to use it. Best to email them and ask.
