My best friend who celebrated his birthday in Bali, booked one two-bed rooms villa for us. The place is cozy and we love the ambience so much. Only spent one night stay here and overall was great. I remembered taking a nap on the sun-lounger and it is so relaxing. I and my friends enjoyed listening to the music, having massage in the room and enjoyed swimming in the pool. We also have a very good sleep during the night. All the facilities are well equipped, kitchen set with dining table and I loved the open space around the shower area. We planned to extend the stay for another one more night, apparently the villas were fully booked so we need to moving out, luckily have booked other villa still around in Batu Belig areas. Location is superb, because there is Indomaret available right at the front of Awan Villas and easy access to nearby Warung or Cafe. The staff also friendly. Need to maintain the cleanliness in the kitchen area. Some cupboard or drawer seem never open in ages and smell bit dusty. Hopefully everyone will be always stay safe and healthy. As my headline mention “luxury”, I will start by saying this was a fantastic stay for us. “Luxury” because this is not a luxury hotel. But to have your own villa, big enough for our family of 4, with your own pool and plenty of space to sit and move around at, is luxury! Breakfast that you order the day before come to your room, and staff is very nice and speak excellent English. We found ourself not wanting to leave the villa, which might be less smart if you want to experience Bali, but on the last day we had an all day trip to Ubud, so we’re covered. Rooms are all big enough with double beds. All rooms have bathrooms and an extra you find in the living room area. WiFi worked fine, especially if you are used to Chinese WiFi as we are. Away from all disco and nightclubs, which is good for some not for others. For us it was great as we were here to relax. It will take you 20 minutes to walk down to the ocean. We would like to recommend anyone that thinks about coming to this area of Bali to check this hotel out, it is well worth trying as the prices are reasonable and the service and staff are great. My partner and I loved this place. Its close enough to the hustle and bustle but far away from the noise. Its far from beach and restaurants, so you need need to taxi it as walking is to dangerous with the scooters and traffic. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The bed is comfortable and clean, but the villas need a little work to refreshing them up.

My partner and I stayed at the Awan Villas for 7 nights and it was great. Staff were always so friendly and offered shuttle service if we needed, the villa was cleaned throughout the day and beds were always made, items were re stocked. The villa is a great size and the pool too! It is within such close walking distance to cafes/restaurants and central seminyak, you could easily walk everywhere. Would definetly recommend the Awan Villas to anyone looking for a long stay or short stay in Bali.

Absolutely loved this place. A wee problem with our first villa but we were moved straight away and couldn’t of been happier. Spacious private pool everything we could of asked for. The staff are beautiful so happy and friendly especially our friend Agus who made us feel so well looked after and valued . Location is great plenty of restaurants mini marts etc . we will never forget our wonderful stay here and the wonderful friends we have made

I have stayed 3 nights at Awan Villas last of March, 2019, very amazing villas, good service, i met the Resort Manager Mr. Wayan. He is very helpful and good manager, when i ask shuttle service to Seminyak and that time no driver stand by and suddenly Mr. Wayan as a driver and he talked about Seminyak and Bali, very interesting culture and the people of Bali. Never forgotten and for sure i will come back to Awan Villa.

We stayed at Awan Villas for 5 days we found the rooms were tidy and clean , breakfast was lovely , pool was very refreshing after a long day exploring Bali . All staff were friendly, helpful and always willing to go out of their way to make our stay a happy one . I celebrated my birthday while we were staying at Awan Villas I was surprised with a delicious chocolate birthday cake ... The shuttle bus on arrival to take us to our Villas was excellent. This is our first visit to Bali and we were more then happy with our accommodation and the staff were truly wonderful people always greeting us with a smile such kind people, we would recommend this property to our friends .. Had duplex villas which suited two couples perfectly. Had major issues with electricity as every time we used their hair dryer fuses blew!! One villa had no power for two nights, thankfully the air con was working. In the bathrooms the hand shower sprayed over the entire room every time it was used. Their continental breakfast was okay, but when we requested hot items, they were always cold on arrival. Pool, gardens, staff and their shuttle service were great. I would not recommend this property until some serious electrical repairs were completed and the showers were adjusted to prevent the overflow of water.

My wife and I spent two nights here. It’s about 45 minutes from the Airport depending on traffic. We arrived about 11pm in a Taxi and checked in, which was pretty quick. Room and restroom were clean. Pool and patio area were clean and well maintained. However, water pressure in the rest room was really weak, both the one indoor and the the one outdoors. Food was decent. Not much entertainment and shopping within walking distance. Not close to the beach, a little to far to walk. Need a taxi to get to various locations. If you looking for peace and quiet and to getaway from it all, this Villa might be worth it for you. Overall, decent place, very quiet, clean if you are on a budget. Hope this helps.
