Detailed Reviews
Room as expected (seen in picture). Clean and they provide kitchen utensils. Staff also really helpful, since we get the farthest room, they offer us to call for buggy car whenever we plan to go out. We enjoy our stay. The only thing to note is we can hear guest voice clearly from the neighbouthood whenever we were at pool or first floor. The bed is on second floor and very quiet.

One of the nicest villas in the semjnyak area. We got the 2 bedroom villas for the whole week. Both rooms were equipped with built in toilets and bathtubs and rooms were huge. The dining and living space was huge too. The great thing is the pool. Big and clean. Villa has the most friendliest staff from the receptionist to the housekeeping. Location is fine. Within walking distances to minimarts and to go out to the town area via ride hailing is definitely an ease

This Villa complex is one of the best places I've ever stayed. From the incredibly friendly staff to the fantastic and comfortable Villas, everything was so good. Breakfast was great, especially the floating breakfast we booked for one of our mornings (this does cost extra but not much). I missed this place as soon as I left the lobby on my way out.

We had a rat in our room! I know these things happen sometimes, but the problem was management's attitude to it. The rat ate a can of Pringles in the mini-bar, and we then saw it running up the curtains in our bedroom. The management's response was to say they would replace the chips and put a mousetrap in our room. They seemed confused when we requested a change of room, and didn't offer anything in compensation.
Rooms are also dated and showing some wear and tear (E.g. mould around pool areas, cracked tiles, broken power points, grime in bathroom)
Breakfast options are also very limited and not in par with similarly priced accommodation.
On the plus side- great location, comfy beds, well appointed rooms... so with some attention, this could be a great place to stay. But given our experience, we couldn't recommend.

I am currently staying in this Villa and forced to write from here. The Villa staff is very rude, Inefficient and doesn’t understand hospitality.
We checked in late night due to our flight timings. They gave us the last villa - 71 despite lot of being available. At first, the bathroom pipe was leaking with spillage all over floor and with lot of mosquitoes. Further when we thought of boiling milk for my kid, there was no gas. On villa change request they sheerly said No. After all arrangements I managed to sleep at 4 am.
My 1 year old daughter slipped in bathroom and soap dispenser broke - for which I am being charged 220,000 IDR and doesn’t even care to ask the reason for it.
In name of veg breakfast we got 1 cinnamon roll, 2 piece of raw white bread and nothing to drink or milk.
Further we got 4 bottle of 330 ml. As they got finished, we asked for more and they asked for money for additional ones.
Not even this, I requested additional towel due and they told me that only 2 towels are allowed. If I want more I will only get 1 towel next day. This is when I booked Villa for 3 nights.
For showpiece they have 2 lcd smart tv but they doesn’t work due to poor internet signals.
I have already asked my travel agent from India not to book Villa Kayu Raha for any of it’s clients in future.
Very pathetic experience. They ruined my birthday vacation.

Stay for 2 nites in their 2 bedrooms villa. Perfect location. Walking distance to many restaurants and mini market. Staff are very friendly and helpul, specially Mr. Mega at the front office.
The 2 bedrooms villa number 33 very spacious. A little bit old fashioned but well maintained. One of our bedrooms have a bad smell from the air con but the technician and house keeper came to resolve the problems (although still the smell still exist).
The villa provide microwave , stove, but they dont provide water dispenser. It would be better if they provide this since they only gave 8 bottles mineral per day.
Overall this villa is worth the price.

Very friendly staff, very good location ( Mart ) is few steps from the villa and open 24/7.. Location is near of Seminyak heart 5 minutes taxi to Seminyak square.
Space is very spacious for family of 4 in terms of bedrooms, pool, eating area, living room .
The entire experience is very satisfying and money paid to value received is very satisfactory.

We were shocked by how run down the villa is right after we stepped in to villa 51. There is no aircon in the living room, everything seems not well maintained and run down. Not even want to stay here even after paid and was told not refundable. Feel like living in a cheap flat which have cheap sofa , many small creatures , dirty fridge , spoil landscapes , old aircond with damp room which has water mark all around the toilet. Definitely is the worst hotel I ever encounter in my life. No value for money.

My husband and I stayed at Villa Kayu Raja for our babymoon. We loved it there, the staff were very friendly, helpful and eager to help. The Vila was beautiful, clean and always hygienic. We loved Gusti our hotel tour guide who took us around Bali. The restaurant served yummy food, especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet

Stayed 5 nights here. Rooms are kept tidy and are spacious.
Like most places in Bali staff are extremely friendly and helpful whenever required.
We liked the location, close enough to everything but just far enough away from the hussle bustle.
The in room pools don't get much light/sun and isn't the nicest of spaces so we didn't use to cool down.
The outdoor space and kitchen area only has a fan which doesn't cool down the area so also didn't use.
Both TV'S didn't have the channels working which normally wouldn't bother me but with the rain we had during our stay it would have been nice.
Walls are quite thin so whether it's a noisy neighbour or cleaners going about their business in adjoining room it does get a bit noisy.
Lighting isn't great (particularly bathroom where the wife gets ready).
There is still value to stay here as pricing is good, but I'd probably prefer to look elsewhere in the future.

Hi sorry for missing out your question... Yes, the pool was very privacy, even you can say it has a "hidden place". Yes, we do have variety of Indian cuisine in our restaurant. Even in our daily breakfast menu, some Indian foods were served there. Thank you & looking forward to welcoming you at our villa soon.
I still found the pool warm because of the humidity. Bedrooms are upstairs & then there are also stairs going down to the pool area. Depends on age of kids I suppose because as downstairs is all open could be dangerous
A fair walk but free service to shopping at a few places and beach club
