The housekeeping was lazy, the management didnt even bother to check their work. I stayed here for 2 weeks, they tried to charge me for 4 bath towels and 3 hand towels on the last day 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel had makeup stain, which CAN BE REMOVED INSTANTLY WITH WATER. ( I REMOVED ALL THE STAINS IN 2 MINUTES ) but they said they checked and they couldnt remove it. Which they lied. Because when i confronted the housekeeping and ask how they checked, and he didnt answer me. Which really left me wonder, how do they clean their towels and bed linens. Do they even use water/soap/bleach???? The rest of the towel was not stained. Yet they are charging me for it. They showed me their towels, which are dirty and have brownish stained to even begin with. Hello, you didnt have the whitest and cleanest and fluffiest towel on the first place. There are holes on your towels. And because 2 of my previous towels are stained ( which they didnt even bother to wash or soak with water), they punished me, they dont give me any towels after they clean my room. Is this prison? Im a paying guest, and stayed for 2 weeks. They left the dirty towels in my room stacked with the dirty wet bath mat. YES, they didnt even want to change the bath mat, and they fold it together with the towels that im suppose to re-use. Are they out of their mind? I chose this place because i heard nice reviews, nice location, but, this is not how you treat your guest.…

this is our first stay ath the suites. It was superbly amazing. The location, the staff, the room (this is outstanding) the facilities are two thumbs up. Great place for routine escape. Close to many restaurant, groceries store. We stay here with our family. Two bed room suite are great. Larga living room, dinind area and theres a working table too. Well, you still need a place to hangout with your laptop right? The kitchen was fullset with stove, water heater, fridge, microwave. Just like i said, Feels like home... we cook, eat, swim and repeat for three days. The kids love to stay there. in fact, they already request to stay there again. HIGHLY recommended....

It's so easy to access to any restaurants for breakfast - dinner! The room itself as amazing and huge for my trip. I definitely recommend this place for your next trip, if you are looking for somewhere to stay with easy access to many restaurants and shops

2 bedrooms (each with private bathroom) Kitchen Living room with sliding door Balcony Good wifi (when not full) Dedicated working space 4 gallons drinking water per month shared swimming pool shared gym (a very small one) 2 time cleaning per week 👍 - near so many restaurants, banks, grocery store, health clinic - 2 km to nearest beach (Petitenget or Batu belig) - very light, and still you can see the greenery (i like 3rd floor) - all in price - quiet neighbourhood (in the daylight) 🤣 👎 - up to 3 times a week, you will heard loud music from a pub (Nearby) until 2 am - TV with local channels (so bye bye cable) - broken faucet (but they change it immediately) - not working fridge (again, they change it from another room 😂) - ac not working properly (yup, fast respond and they immediately repair it) - car parking space shared with Livingstone's guests. CONCLUSION: the place have a very good potential, but they don't do a regularly check-up. Too bad. …

Been returning to this place whenever I travelled in a big family. Reservation team always tried their best to accommodate to my request. Love the location, the rooms & service. Seamless!! Throughout our stay everything was great.. the Spa staff was excellent too. Enjoyed my stay so much will make our return again for sure.

Kokonut Suites was absolutely perfect, I have no complaints whatsoever! -Our room was extremely clean, very spacious, and all around pleasant to be in. It's a smaller (more intimate) hotel, which is great if you prefer a peaceful environment like my mother and I. We had a 2 bedroom suite on the second floor which was perfect for us. -The staff were fantastic. They were what made our experience there go from great to amazing! Always smiling and pleasant, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay there was the best it could be. It was nice too that there was always someone around to stop traffic so we could cross the street/pull out onto the road. -There's a really good cafe/restaurant called Livingstone right beside the hotel which you can get room service delivered from. Also, there are multiple great restaurants within walking distance, and a few variety stores nearby. I will definitely be returning the next time I visit Bali!…

I am about three times to stay at this villa since 2019. Firstly, the location is highly strategyc in Seminyak, you can find a lot of destination, food, and shopping area. The villa itself really spacious, they have spacious kitchen, bedroom, livingroom and of course balcony. What a villa! Staff very friendly even they haven’t lift or escalator, concierge always be done to deliver anything my request fastly. Also front office team very friendly, and start to remember my name during my arrival and always invite me again during check out. What a services! Really recommended if you wanna stay in Petitenget-Seminyak area with your friends or family or even alone like me. I do love croissant at Livingstone Restaurant, OMG it’s real foodgasm. But I always not have much time to try their SPA, I got 30 minutes time to try their spa as complimentary everytime I stay there. Will try by my next visit. SEE YOU SOON!!! …
