Stayed here in the Winter of 2016. Right when Winter Storm Octavia was hitting. Left the cabin we were staying in for a week and came straight to Gatlinburg Inn. It was my family's first time here. The hotel was practically empty due to the...More
Once I leave this place I'll never be back it's worse than Disney world no parking it takes an hour to get from one side of town to the other which in normal conditions wouldn't be 20 minutes too too too many people.
The Inn has a fantastic location, I doubt you could get better, it looks lovely and quaint from the outside, reception staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming.
The parking was ample. The inside reminded me of my boarding school, they are obviously going for the...More
Great hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us, staff was very helpful and friendly and breakfast was great! The only thing I would complain about was the shower. Not great, in fact not even good. Very clean just no, I...More
We enjoyed our stay at the inn. It was historically quaint. The bed was comfortable. The inn smelled and felt old (yet updated), but that was part of the charm. It was fun actually having a real key for our room. The parking lot has...More

I don’t think they have an issue with bikers, pretty sure that manager isn’t there anymore. Honestly, I don’t think there will be a problem. I also have a special needs child with autism. I understand your fears! I usually try to get a room on the first floor! I wouldn’t worry about it! It’s Gatlinburg and I guarantee there will be others there who are not exactly quiet! I wouldn’t call ahead, because why should you do that! Your child has just as much right to be there just like anyone else! I never call ahead or warn people about my son, he’s a child, not a puppy! Plus you set yourself up for possible issues when you do that! Just go and enjoy your trip! Everyone there is kind. Not sure about a security guard? Maybe an old review!! I would focus on more recent reviews!

Its a good little breakfast. You make some of it yourself...Waffles, pancakes. We have been twice and there were eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, the waffles and pancakes, and I think a few cereal and bagel options.
Great little breakfast before a morning of shopping at the outlet mall, walking the town, or just getting in the attractions.
