Filthy, smelly, most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. Full of dust, mold, cold and simply ugly. Water in a bath was building up and I have pulled out of the drain massive disgusting clump of hair, mold and dirt that was blocking the pipes....More
Without a shadow of a doubt the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Note that all the positive reviews are about staff members rather than the hotel . . . Very suspicious.

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

I've just came back from here yesterday. we had queen room on the 14th floor. It could do with abit a make over but overall it's fine. You have to remember it's new york and it's times square your paying for the location. There is a statuary charge of $35 dollars a day for services like internet and that ect. but all hotels have this charge in new york. The location makes up for everything because you'll have no feet after walking around everywhere lol

No. Nothing here is free. Be suspicious. If you look at the 5 star reviews you will see almost all state a name. The desk people offer you discounts if you mention them by name and give a stellar review. It is a weird racket. I wish deeply I had read reviews before staying here.
