Just 5 minutes walk from Penn Station and Madison Square Gardens, and 10 minutes walk from Times Square. Entrance to the A & C line is at the end of the block.
Sleek reception with smooth and easy check in & check out.
We have stayed at the EVEN Hotel Times Square South twice and have very much enjoyed each visit. The location is terrific, which is near Penn Station and Times Square but not right in the middle of the madness. You can easily get to locations...More

Excellent value for money. The room was very clean, with everything you needed. The hotel is in a very good location, and just a 5 minute walk away from Madison Square Garden. I look forward to returning again.

We attended concert (Cyndi Lauper and Rod Stewart) at Madison Square Garden. The Even Hotel is very close, just a 5 minutes’ walk. Very convenient. We had room very high at 23rd floor. Nice views. Peaceful night. All good. Bed a bit soft, and WiFi...More
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
