Loved New York but not this hotel. Rooms are TINY! We were blessed to have a housekeeping hub right outside our room that included phones beeping, slamming doors. Called front desk and they asked me to call housekeeping. Will pick something else next time..... steer...More

Stayed here a few times this year. Good hotel in a nice location. The doorman "Abi" is the best. He's very helpful and knows his way around the city.
