Returning to NYC after nearly 3 years was a big deal for me. But the welcome and the service from Fitzpatrick's was exceptional. I arrived at 2330 on a Friday night in about 90 degree heat - a bit hot and tired. Nothing was too much bother. Even the fact that I had muddled up my booking wasn't an issue. I was given a great room with everything a girl could want. Breakfast on the following morning before setting off to walk to the Met was a proper Irish feast - with proper tea! I went off to Saratoga for a few days racing and returned for another two days. Every minute there was splendid. The staff are all excellent. They take such good care of you. It all stems from great leadership and John Fitzpatrick is that.

The hotel was very comfortable & clean. Staff very friendly. Nice size room and comfortable queen bed. There was a hair dryer, iron and small coffee maker in the room. AND a pants press! I did not try the restaurant and there wasn’t snacks or drinks available super close. Times Square is a little over a mile and it took us 30ish minutes to walk there depending on which destination we were walking to. I would definitely stay here again.

When we visit our son, this hotel is like a second home. Everyone who works there is wonderful! The hotel is so pretty and clean. It's a five minute walk to Central Park with great restaurants and coffee shops all around. It's in a very safe are of Manhattan as well. We can't wait to go back!

I stayed at this hotel recently for my best friend's birthday and we couldn't have had a better time. We were upgraded to a suite for free which was lovely; they even wished her a happy birthday when we were checking in. Our room wasn't ready, but they took my phone number to call me when it was. Then followed up to make sure I was told it was ready when we were still out and about. That was a great touch! Every time we left or entered the hotel we were greeted with a smile and they even joked with us about the baseball games. Such personable staff; everyone we encountered was great! I absolutely can not say enough about the staff at this hotel. They were truly a gem and one of the absolute best parts of this hotel! The room was huge and definitely more than enough space for the two of us, and the beds were very comfy. I found a cock roach in the bathroom Sunday morning, but honestly I think that came in on us from the subway system because we used it a lot over the time we were there. Killed it and never saw another bug at all in our room the entire time. I definitely very highly recommend this hotel. The service was amazing, and it was a nice walk to Times Square and the subway station was only a few blocks up which made it great of us to get around when we didn't want to walk.

There are not many hotels in Manhattan that are small and cozy like The Fitzpatrick. If you want a small intimate stay while not sacrificing Lux then this is it. The Staff at this location are friendly and rooms are wonderful. Great quality and clean!

Fitzpatrick's is a very welcoming hotel in a great location. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our breakfast server was particularly attentive to everyone and Jorge did a brilliant job securing us a taxi on departure. The decor of the hotel is a bit dated and could do with a refresh but that is perhaps understandable in the context of tourism being hit so badly by COVID. The rooms are nevertheless comfortable and clean. And in the final analysis, it's the people who run the hotel that count the most.

Stayed six nights with my daughter in a suite. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless. Very good quality bed linen and towels. We were made to feel very welcome and all staff we met from housekeeping to reception and general manager were extremely warm and friendly. The general manager went above and beyond assisting us getting a cab to the airport, he said he was just doing his job. Standing in a rain storm for 20 minutes trying to hail a taxi for us I don’t think was his job! Thank you for looking after us.

We have been staying in Fitzpatrick's for years and it never disappoints. From the moment you arrive, you are met with friendly and welcoming smiles. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay with a special mention to Chris, Shane, Marima, Carmen, George, Bryan, Katherine, Patrick, Audrey, Asheem, Asad, and the fantastic housekeeping staff. The staff is what makes Fitzpatrick's the special place it is and not just another NYC hotel. The suites are spacious and so comfortable and are spotlessly clean. The bar menu is good but could do with a bit of a shake-up. The restaurant is comfortable and the bar is a great place to have a cold one after a day of walking in Manhattan. I would highly recommend this hotel and hopefully, I can continue to visit over the coming years.

A group of us stayed here for the Katie Taylor Fight in early May and I would like to say a big thank you to the grils at reception as they really helped with any querstions we had and offered to book taxis and restrurants in a kindly manner. The hotel managerment very kindly arranged for us to be picked up at the airport by taxi and the driver called Jesus was professional, polite and very informative of any recent New York events. His car was spotless, cool and filled with water and chargers for our phones. The lobbby is small and so are the bedrooms, but everywhere is spotless and all the staff are very freindly. Food was tastly and the barstaff, especially the new manager, who had recently joined the hotel, very helpful with taking orders from our group of chatting Irish. I would recommmend this hotel to anyone and would consider staying here again when next visiting NewYork. Regards Lisa Delany
