Great hotel and room. The room was clean, perfect size. Friendly staff. The location is absolutely brilliant, close to everything you need. The pre visit was not the best, E-mailed & and sent a messenger and the question was not answered, must of sent about 5 messages which was not an great start, however, when we got there everything was great.
We had a great time at CQ!! Very clean. Amazing staff & wonderful amenities! Nearby all the best places in Boston. The hostess’ recommended wonderful places to eat and showed us detailed directions. They even surprised us with an upgraded room! Very thankful we stayed there!
We had a great experience at this hotel during our stay in Boston for 5 days. Everything was cleaned and well setup. Free coffee, water and tea. You can leave your luggage before leaving the hotel. Stuff is really friendly and is always there to help.
Club Quarters Times Square is our only hotel in NYC. Courteous professional staff. Great location for enjoying the city. Nice comfortable rooms—yes small but we are not there to stay in the room! Good bath with shower and plenty of hot water. Enjoyable happy hour with special cocktails and great bartender too!
Good: The reception team is exceptional! Great check- in! Great location! Finance District, not far from local theaters ( we went to see Six) Bar - fantastic, authentic Boston flair and good breakfast at a reasonable price! Not so good: online pictures of rooms are unfortunately better than real life. At check out mentioned issues with the room and no real response - just kind of, yeah we know! Still great receptionist - I believe this is a management issue and lack of training. Terrible: Biggest issue is house keeping a mess: little liquor bottles from previous guests in our room, bed had hair in it- just yuck! Bathroom had little black curly hairs throughout and near the filet paper roll were brown splashes of something on the wall…… 🤢🤮 Room was dusty and just did not feel clean or renovated. The interior of the room was dated, the bed should be changed out as it’s full depreciation was likely fulfilled sometime in the early 2000s. The room was a big disappointment: inferior to a motel.…
This hotel is in a great location, 7 minutes walk from Faneuil Hall, Boston Commons, China Town, and South Station. The North End, Harbour and Back Bay are all walking distance too. Whilst in Downtown Boston, it seems to be on a relatively quiet, safe and clean street. Restaurants and shopping, including a small supermarket, are just a few minutes walk away. The hotel has a small lobby which includes a comfortable sitting area for hotel guests with a coffee machine for complimentary hot drinks (good coffee! But may we suggest hot chocolate for the kids?). There’s a small gym on the second floor. Prices were reasonable enough for us to get adjoining rooms for our family of 4. One of these rooms had a microwave and fridge which were useful. Both rooms had a coffee maker. The rooms were comfortable, clean and appeared to have been updated relatively recently. The rooms were well thought out with coat hooks (which most hotels don’t seem to provide), plenty of charging points, and even an exercise mat. Bathrooms were clean and looked recently updated. Water was hot with good water pressure. This was our first stay in a CQ hotel and we were very pleasantly surprised. Would stay again.…
This hotel was suitable for our travel needs and extremely central to all desired locations. For not having a car in the city, this was very convenient. The bed was actually very comfortable and we really liked the down pillows and down comforter. The bathroom was very underwhelming and small. The pictures advertised made it slightly misrepresented as the shower was very small. We also had wished that daily fresh towels were delivered- but daily room service is not included at this hotel. We could have asked but did not. The toilets were extremely aggressive in their flushing- and all night long we could hear the toilets flushing of our neighbors above, below, and next doors. The rooms are not the most sound proof in general, but we understood for the compact size of the rooms. I enjoyed the free water bottles and filtered water in the halls to fill up with as desired. Our view was lackluster out the window- with just the back of another building and a side street. Overall- for the price- we may have desired a little more- but being in a big city- perhaps this is the budget price. It suitably met our needs. They allowed us to check in at 1000am when our early flight arrived. And held our luggage for us on check out for our late evening flight departure. We were overall satisfied.…
Excellent location. For Boston in town room was good size. Rate quite reasonable. The front desk clerks lovely. I would stay there again. Only issue is parking (there is a discounted lot close by). But that’s just the nature of Boston. Just give yourself enough time to park and walk.
The hotel is in an excellent position. Very Central, but quiet, close to Faneuil Hall. We were able to walk to a lot of things. The rooms are spread over eleven floors. Ours was a standard room. It was large and comfortable. There was one Queen sized bed. It also had a comfortable armchair, a desk, microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator. The bathroom was big enough, and the water was always hot in the shower (no bath tub). Each floor of the hotel had a chilled water station with refillable water bottles. The lifts were not difficult to access. Generally, we were very pleased with the hotel, however, we were disappointed that there was no safe in the room, and no daily housekeeping. It is nice to have the trash removed, and clean cups/glasses provided.
This was a very comfortable place for us to stay. It was right around the corner from the office we were visiting, and the staff was wonderful. A particular shout out for Kaitlyn and William. They treated us like family.
