It was my birthday and Aurora made sure I had the best experience! She put me in an amazing room and her customer service was excellent! She was respectful and responsive to my needs. The hotel was very clean and the service was unmatchable. Highly recommend!

The hotel was serviceable, but really overpriced. The furniture is peeling paint, there was no functioning exhaust in the tiny windowless bathroom, and our "view" was to a 6 feet wide alley so we looked straight into someone else's bedroom (I waved). The a/c was so loud we thought it was broken. When we went to the restaurant in the hotel for breakfast early Sunday morning, the place was literally empty, and still we were told to wait at least 5 minutes for a table. We left. All in all, it was fine, clean, and warm, but I was expecting more.

We stayed here years ago and decided to come to Boston to visit my daughter who goes to college there. For the most part the hotel is quite fine, however the bathroom was dated, the vent blowing the air was pretty loud and the beds were a bit too firm for me. The location is fantastic as it is in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We did visit the hotel restaurant for breakfast which was very good as well.

We just returned home from a great weekend getaway to visit our daughter at Northeastern university and had another wonderful stay at the Colonnade hotel in Boston. This time we brought along our little dog “Miss Dottie” so that our daughter could have some time with us along with her dog. We can’t say enough good about our experience at the Colonnade, as usual we were greeted by Norman who is the absolute best!!!! He always has a wonderful smile and always goes above and beyond to be so helpful. Norman is a true gentleman and an amazing person. We were greeted every day with nothing but smiles from Kira, Samantha, Arora and Adam of which they all are truely exceptional employees and a true example of how employees should present themselves when dealing with guests (which can sometimes be difficult). Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious with plenty of room to accommodate our dog as well. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and very much up to date. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone coming to Boston to definitely stay at the Colonnade, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Well located hotel, close to many good restaurants as well as the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stuart Gardner museum. The staff are incredibly nice and were very helpful when we had to stay an unforeseen extra night. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The lobby has recently been redecorated, it is really pretty with plush velvet chairs, sofa and a cozy enclosed fire pit. The price is right, super reasonable. Highly recommended!!

Great service from the front desk staff and Norman at the door is a gem. The location is great, close to the Amtrak and T stations. Overall a good value. The hotel and rooms are spacious but a bit worn and in need of updating. Would definitely stay here again!
