I made the mistake of accidentally booking the wrong date, as well as missing the whole booking, and Orlando at the front desk was so kind to help me. I was being charged for my no show but was able to get a room same day without another charge. I highly recommend staying here. The hotel is beautiful and close to many restaurants and shops. I was very impressed with the customer service, especially that of Orlando’s. We will be coming back!

I’ve been meaning to leave a review even though it’s been couple months since we stayed at this Colonnade Hotel in Boston. And I don’t usually take the time to do these reviews unless the establishment really done an outstanding job or if they done exact opposite. Just had one over night stay to visit my college kid. This hotel staff had went above and beyond to result the issue I was having when I had booked it through online website TravelZoo. So I decided to call the hotel directly and they were so helpful, courteous and professional. From checking in to checking out, they were extremely accommodating. The hotel parking deck was very convenient. The hotel and our room was immaculate & beautiful. Even their main entrance restrooms were so clean and gorgeous, seriously! I can only speak for the ladies laboratories:-) (After we checked out, we stayed around town and passed by to use their restroom before heading home.) even my older child that came with me loved this hotel, we have how these young adults don’t usually have much to say about these things, we would definitely return to them again next time in town. I felt so fortunate to have find them. The rates at that time was incredible reasonable. Felt like a five star hotel! Thank you for all of your hard work to make us feel safe and at peace! This hotel was in the midst of everything, shopping, restaurants etc. Highlighting the service shown by staff, Orlando Vega. He explained the rules of the hotel ground (and covid19 rules), he gave great suggestions and assisted in places to dine, shop while in the area and made my bday extra special with a congratulated note on behalf of The Colonnade. The room was clean and I was very satisfied. Highly recommend and for my next visit to Boston, I will be staying here again when the rooftop pool/bar is opened.

Stayed here with my son for a college visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was an AC vent in the hall that caused a vibration in our room and Orlando sent someone immediately to turn it off and offered a room change if it could not be remedied. Convenient location to everything. Felt clean and safe during Covid, and the breakfast options offered were better than anything I’ve had at other hotels during these strange times. Parking was included when I booked on the hotel website but that may be a limited offer. Would definitely stay here again!

We traveled to Boston having decided to leave our rural northern New York "covid bunker" and finally travel somewhere. We wanted to go somewhere within driving distance as we decided to invite our two adult children along. We chose Boston because we lived in the city many years ago. Having some familiarity with hotels in Boston, we chose location first and then searched for "deals"...which we knew there would be plenty. We struck gold with the Colonnade Hotel. Located across from the Prudential Center and in the Back bay as well as at a "T" stop, it was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly upon check-in and throughout our stay. The rooms were well appointed and very clean, spacious and comfortable. The continental breakfast, or "coffee and muffins" was fine first thing in the morning. We were disappointed "Lucie!" the restaurant was not open, but completely understood due to COVID. We took note of the number of pets staying at the hotel, for anyone wanting to travel with pets...they obviously accept pets and are very accommodating. We paid $145 per night in October- over the long weekend 10/10-10/12 and thoroughly enjoyed the city ..thanks to good weather and company! We would definitely recommend this hotel and will return in the future.…
