I go to this hotel every few months. I would like to compliment Jorge the Assistant Front Office Manager for his polite and helpful manner. He always is an excellent problem solver and is conscientious. On the room housekeeping side, I don’t understand why there has been no soap for the sink. I have had to ask for it every time. Hand washing is necessary, not optional. Reaching over the tub for shower gel is dangerous. I hope this is changed before our next visit. 👏🏻

The location is so remote that taxi, Uber or Lyft expenses are necessary. Thus the cost for our stay is expensive that we could have stayed in downtown Boston. There are no eateries within 5-10 minute walking distance.

Responded 18 Aug 2023
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that our location was not to your liking. We are in walking distance to many attractions such as the JFK Library, Carson Beach and Downtown is a few stops away on the nearby Red Line. We are disappointed that we did not hit the mark with your stay but appreciate that you selected us for your Boston stay.

Clean and big room. The shuttle to and from the airport is amazing and they held my bags while I went out, before I could check in and also allowed me to check- in early! Great lounge area and in a quiet space. Near the water that has a great walking path! Loved that the communicated through text as well!

Flew in from Hawaii and was able to check in early. Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. Parking lot is across the street, but near enough to the hotel. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. I would stay here again if in Boston.

Great staff very polite and professional with a very rude guest in front of me. I had a great experience with the staff all around positive, the elevators were a bit slow as there are only a few but not much of a issue and we had service animals and the staff were very nice about them

We stayed at this hotel for one night recently, myself daughter and another family. We absolutely loved our stay here!!!! The rooms are a good size and the beds and pillows very comfortable!!! the front desk lady was very friendly and quick check in and gave the kids all cookies, which they LOVED. We had a view of the water which was really nice. We caught Ubers downtown which was really quick and cheap. room rates were fantastic. All in all I highly would recommend this hotel, we all really enjoyed it and will be back when in Boston again!!!

There’s someone else’s dirty socks in bathroom and behind tv. Other than that the desk was also pretty dirty. But cheap hotels you may already expect it. Website said there was a pool and there wasn’t as well. Over all customer service was okay I guess.

Stayed here for our visit to Boston, location was good. Metro was a few minutes walk, then just one stop to boston central. They do a courtesy bus to restaurants in the evening and pick u up. The rooms need updating but the bed was very comfortable. Just be aware that they take a deposit, whilst we were there someone complained about this. It was fine as its just pending went back in the next day after got home.

Airport shuttle was reliable and efficient. Room was comfortable. Fluffy pillows led to great night’s sleep. Facility was secure. Friendly staff. Great location, quick walk to T station and then a short train ride to downtown Boston. Would definitely stay again.
