The hotel front desk informed me that shuttle service runs every 30 to 35 minutes, which is crazy slow for about a 2 mile drive. Last night, we had a large group of others waited 32 minutes for standing room only and many were turned away having to wait another 30 to 35 minutes. One hour to go about 2 miles? Better off staying elsewhere or getting an uber.

The worst part of the hotel was the restaurant and the horrible service which we received there. I had gone down to the restaurant to check out the menu and to ask questions about it, due to my dietary restrictions. The man there who was the host, I guess, was very nice and helpful when i told him my dietary restrictions he said that they could accommodate anything I needed. Then my partner and I came down for dinner. There was no host, only a sign saying please wait to be seated. We waited there for several minutes without anyone ever acknowledging us. Finally, someone yelled from the bar that we could sit in the bar if we wanted. When we sat down the server was very abrupt and rude, had an attitude like she didn't want to help us. I asked about an item on the menu to see if had any dairy products in it, such as eggs, milk, or cheese. She said "it's gluten free". My question had nothing to do with whether the item was gluten free or not. It was whether there was any dairy products in the meal. She said "I'm not a nutritionist. How am I supposed to know?" I was appalled by this response! I asked, so if someone has an allergy what are they supposed to do? She said, order the patty without the meat. So, rather than her going to the kitchen to ask the cook if there were any dairy products in the food and if so, seeing if there was an alternative bread that could be used on my burger I essentially paid $20 for a piece of fake meat and some veggies. I also asked for no onion and received a big slice of onions right on top. I have never been treated so rudely by wait staff before. The room we had was not cleaned properly. It also, had a leak in the window or something so you could barely see outside two of the four windows. There is a sliding door "barn door" on the bathroom. This does not provide enough privacy, sound insulation, or smell isolation. The TV is not a smart tv so you are only able to watch live tv. Also, as with every Marriott hotel they have a Bible and Book of Mormon in every room. This is very inappropriate for guests who are not of those faiths or any faith. Please remove these from your rooms. Also, all of the bathroom products have palm derivatives in them. Palm is one of the main contributors to global warming. Please consider switching to environmentally friendly (palm and petroleum free) bathroom products. I would like to say that I would come back to this hotel on my next trips to Boston. But with the attitude from the staff member at the restaurant and the lack of cleanliness of the room I would think long and hard about returning.

The hotel was ok. The bathroom has a glass sliding door so there isn’t much privacy, the food downstairs is basically pub food and a few specials. The only bright spot is that it’s located close to the airport. They charge $30 a night for parking if you leave your car here and return a week later, so be sure that you get the parking included when you book your stay.

Let me look at the positives first. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the little shop by the front desk is nice to have. It is also nice to have the option of leaving your car there while you travel (for a price) and my car was safe for the week. The shuttle ran promptly and efficiently and the drivers were friendly and helpful when we departed and when we arrived. There were notable drawbacks, however. First, the parking cost is not much less than the Logan Airport garage. The extra cost for leaving your car on site has risen so much there was only a $45 difference between leaving our car off site at the hotel or reserving Airport Central Parking for the week in advance. In the end we obviously chose the hotel but it is no longer the significant cost benefit it once was. Also, when we checked into our room, there was an old meal left inside the fridge! It was some sort of chicken parm-like meal that had clearly been there a while because it had a VERY strong odor. We had to move it to the hallway because it was late and we needed sleep but the smell lingered and it was still in the hallway the next morning.. There is no way of knowing how long the meal sat in the fridge before we found it upon check-in. It is also a fairly noisy hotel, thin walls, etc. so be prepared for that. All in all it was fine, aside from the rancid meal left in the fridge, but just average overall.

We were storm stayed and needed to overnight near Boston airport for another try the next morning, veryyy early. This hotel fit the bill perfectly, AND, bonus points, we got our last needed Marriott night for the year to get to gold. Small victories. There is an airport shuttle every 15 mins. Very helpful. Free. The room was clean. We slept well. There was highway / road noise but it was constant so after 5 minutes, you really didn't hear it. And I'm super sensitive to sound, so most people wouldn't notice it in the first 5 minutes either. The lobby / hotel was every so slightly dated at first glance but everything worked well, was clean, no issues. Bathroom was dated but works. It was a toilet / shower in one room with the sink and mirror outside. Actually works well for getting ready. One person in the shower, the other at the sink type deal. The toilet flushed stronger than any toilet flush I've ever seen. It could easily take down a leather shoe without batting an eye. WILD. Great location for the airport. Good staff. Easy access for Uber eats.

We booked this hotel in Boston on a recommendation of a friend. We did the park and fly option while on our way to a wedding. We ended up staying two nights because of bad weather. Bashir at the Front Desk greeted us and checked us in promptly. Very professional and friendly and helpful. We had adjoining rooms for our two nights which was convenient for our family. The rooms were excellent. Clean, well appointed and quiet. We ate at Brinkley's at the hotel several times. Great staff and good food reasonably priced. (breakfast and dinner only) This allowed us to stay right there and avoid the rain and snow happening outside. Convenient! We caught the shuttle to the airport early on our departure day. The driver was friendly and helpful loading our multiple heavy bags. (Deserving of the tip we gave him.) It was a very short ride to our terminal in the warm and comfortable shuttle. When we returned I called the hotel and Bashir told me where to meet the shuttle for our return trip to get our car. They showed up in no time and again a very short drive back to get our car and head home. We highly recommend the Courtyard for the park and fly option. It was smooth and seamless and the hotel, staff and restaurant are excellent.

Had a business trip the day of the Nor'easter Jan 2024, so, rather than drive to Haverhill after finally landing at Logan, I stayed close to the airport. When trying to return my rental car a few days later, I got lost. Lots of construction at Logan, lots of traffic, and this NC gal isn't used to driving to big airports anymore. This incredibly kind shuttle driver -- I believe his name is Carlos? -- allowed me to follow him to Logan so I wouldn't get lost yet again. His kindness meant everything to me, so here's a huge shout out to Carlos and to the wonderful staff at Courtyard Marriott BOSTON LOGAN! Thank you!

Average hotel with a cheap breakfast. The breakfast item included beef with potatoes. The food was ok but the items were very less. The rooms were comfortable but the furnitures were poor and old. Only good thing about the hotel is it is close to Logan Airport.

Good price for the location. The hotel is located in an area where you need a car. For business is fine. The carpet in the corridors should be change. The room is fine and clean. Breakfast is perfect.

Expensive and soulless…. And Marriott put a charge against my CC even when was bill was fully paid up by my company. I happened to get there first and to get a room had to use my CC. Pretty poor in my opinion, won’t be using your properties if I have a choice.
