From the time we pulled up in the cab my kids 13th and 5 said omg mom this place is beautiful and clean. We rested while doing our touring all over and the Hotel so closely that we were able to rest at our convenience because with the weather the kids got sick, then me. The kids also was goofing in the lobby and got eyes rolling from the front desk but as always I ignore those thing because i paid to stay there.Other than that food was great, cafe was excellent and they got 10 starts from me.
The Seaport is my go-to in Boston. Most importantly this hotel really understands service, and executes in every area of the hotel. Modern, spacious, clean rooms and common areas, solid and tasty food & drink, and a fabulous health club. The hotel does not waste time on shallow luxury trappings, but they get the important stuff right. In every area of the hotel - front desk, restaurant, TAMO bar, health club, the service was pitch perfect. So many details: It's raining, they gave me an umbrella for the day, coffee continuously restocked for the in-room Keurig without asking, breakfast serviced fast, flavorful and with a smile, etc... On this trip I must give a special shout out to Molita at the front desk who went above and beyond and absolutely saved my trip from disaster. Also, while this hotel is in the Seaport and a bit of a hike to Back Bay and Central Boston, the Silver Line rapid transit stop is just steps out the back door of the hotel. Very convenient.…
Spent two nights in the hotel and it was fantastic. Great staff, beautiful location, wonderful amenities. A breakfast meeting in Aura was perfect. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Boston!
We have stayed at the Seaport Hotel many times and they continue to impress us with their courtesy, professionalism and cleanliness. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Boston. The location is also the place to be in Boston.
The hotel is located in a nice area of Boston close to many fun places to visit and the subway station. The hotel is very clean and its gym is very nice.I would definitely will stay in this hotel on my next visit to Boston.
If you are looking for a clean, neat, and accessible hotel in Boston, I highly recommend Seaport Hotel. I stayed here for a conference and I’m so glad I did. The rooms are very clean, great atmosphere, and excellent service. I will definitely use it again if I am back in Boston.
The hotel doesn't deserve the price. Over 900 dollars for 3 nights, but their service was average and the building and equipment are old. Staff, particularly the front desk manager, gave guests a hard time.
Stayed at the Seaport Hotel in November for a 3-day conference at the Boston Convention Center. The hotel was straightforward to reach via I-90 (no getting lost or stuck in Boston traffic). Parking in the hotel garage was very convenient. The staff and cleaning personnel were very courteous. My room on the 16th floor was beautiful and had a great view over the seaport. They even brought a bigger fridge and a microwave without any additional charge to my room because I was on a special diet then and brought my food. I will happily stay at the Seaport Hotel again.
We were in Boston for the APHA convention. This hotel is perfectly situated if attending the convention centre. Our room was a typical hotel room, well appointed and overlooked the harbor. Daily maid service was excellent. Daily parking is expensive.
The hotel was very well kept and the cleanliness was top notch. The staff was friendly and helpful and they make one hell of a espresso martini. Location is prime if working or visiting the convention center and has plenty of dining options within walking distance.
