Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Jack at the front desk was friendly, helpful and so very welcoming! Our suite on the 12th floor was sparkling clean, comfortable and well appointed. The adorable little library at the entrance was cozy and a great place to wait for our Uber. We rarely needed car transportation (only to and from the airport) as everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Social distancing/ masking was observed by all staff and guests we encountered. We were provided vouchers to use at the on site coffee shop for breakfast and it was excellent! The bacon, apple, grilled cheese was my favorite breakfast sandwich ever! The food feels gourmet and high quality. You can’t go wrong with this hotel. Highly recommend!
We were here for business+ fun. I was relieved to see the extra protocol the hotel was following to ensure safety for their guests during the covid pandemic. All employees and guests we came across had masks on, stayed 6ft apart, and followed the rules. I was very reassured. I had checked in via the app, and selected digital key- so pretty much contactless. It didn’t seem like the hotel was super busy so we never had an issue with the elevator being overcrowded. We stayed in the superior king which was renovated and clean. We did not ask for housekeeping during the 3-night stay, but I asked for extra amenities and towels via the app messaging system and items were delivered right away. Thank you! This is a great location to stay at- right by the wharf (harbor walk is very nice), 10 min walk to the North End (Freedom trail, great Italian seafood restaurants!), Faneuil Hall, and 20 min walk to Boston Common and public garden (I ran in the am to the garden and took me 10 min, and it was beautiful). I did not take the T during this visit but everything is pretty much walkable. There is no on-site parking or valet, which is a weakness of this hotel, but it is what it is, in downtown Boston! Would definitely come back here again. …
Cristina and the excellent staff were excellent in attending to our needs and making our trip enjoyable! Additionally, Tradesman was an excellent spot for a great breakfast and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay!
I’ve stayed a week at this hotel. Great food nice clean rooms, quiet and next to everything. I especially appreciate Cristina she was so helpful and prompt. She definitely was a huge part of making my stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Great energy! I’ll definitely be back when visiting Boston
We must have had same lady as other reviewers.. rude and eye rolling then we had to walk half a block to a random garage that is the hotel "valet "at $50 a day. Room we stayed in- yuck, one bed ruffle had tear in it and one of the silky curtains had a huge water(?) stain. When it came time to get our car I asked if they could call valet to deliver it, with an eye roll the girl said "sure", 30 minutes later still no car so I had to walk over to valet garage again- they said no one called. Waited 20 min for them to find my car. We have stayed at 5 hotels in Boston area this week and all the others were gracious and helpful. Apparently this group doesn't understand now more than ever their service affects long term customers. Look around, there are other hotels in the area who will value your business.…
